      I am struggling to make my own 2d character have Inverse Kinematic (IK) feet, firmly on the ground, using Blender 3, again you are the best. your teaching methods are correct, long videos are correct. The way you pause is correct. Blender is a wonderful complicated program.

    another easy way to move pivot is go to option button at the top right of the view-port and choose pivot only and you can move pivot point anywhere you like

    Very inspirational tutorials about 2d animation thanks sir
    I have one question if i create cartoon short which require different perspective of animation so creating 2d rig of turnaround character in blender takes more time than creating 3d character rig in blender or vice versa ??

    • @AlimayoArango
      @AlimayoArango  2 года назад +1

      Thanks for your kind words. When working with 3d and 2d animation both have their strengths and advantages. If I had to say which one was easier to work with I would say 3D animation. The advantage of 2D animation I think is that it takes far less time to setup and get going.
      I hope I answered your question. If not let me not and I will try to answer in hopefully a more useful way.

    I’m new to drawing and animation. I have procreate: is there any reason I would use gimp over procreate, or is either fine?

    • @AlimayoArango
      @AlimayoArango  Год назад +1

      Its funny you mention this. I was just discussing this with my daughter. I would recommend for drawing that you use Krita normally. However to be honest most of the image manipulation programs are very similar. I think that procreate is fine for you to use. Thanks for watching this video.

    Pls pls reply me ..I have made images for cut out animation and I made them move by following your great tutorial on RUclips but I have a simple problem with my animation ...I can animate Eyes like blinking eyes..I made blinking eyes images but don't know how to put them in Armature or animate them...it's really complicated for me to add blinking eyes in cut-out Animation. Pls suggest me.

      Thanks for watching this tutorial. I would recommend for you to animate your eyes using shape keys and just skip the bones process if the bone rigging process is causing you issues. Does this info help you out?
