    Very usefull. The only thing that I think is that you shouldn't choose the size based on how it LOOKS on you, but rather the amount of time you have available to enjoy your cigar.

    I’ve never heard of picking a cigar size based on body size, very odd.

      Yes... cigars get shorter when you smoke them anyway!

      @@davidtaylor1085 seems to me that the cigar which suits you should be the cigar you enjoy!

      Like he said, how much smoking time do you have, no point picking a churchill if you want to smaoke for 30min - 40mins

    Good information, but it seemed like the video wasn't planned out much at all. It came off as you talking about whatever came to mind as the video went along. After watching I have more knowledge, and more questions. I'll check out any other videos you have to expand my knowledge, so thank you for taking the time to make this video.

    With all due respect I need to tell you all , I didn't finish the video cause right away I knew he was full of it or ignorant of the fact that cigars size has nothing to do with body size . The cigar that which suits you should be the cigar that you enjoy . Peace

      Yea, a Churchill takes me at least an hour and 45 minutes, if not much longer

    • @donoverstreet3210
      @donoverstreet3210 5 лет назад +5

      You are smoking correctly. A Churchill is supposed to last an hour and 45 minutes. Well done, Sir!

    • @davidtaylor1085
      @davidtaylor1085 5 лет назад +1

      Lindholmer5k ... basically, 15 minutes per inch. Don’t over puff!

  • @donoverstreet3210
    @donoverstreet3210 5 лет назад +9

    45 minutes for a Robusto, up to an Hour for a Churchill? Are you eating these cigars are smoking them... You are creating a bad burn and negatively impacting the cigar when you smoke that fast. Slow down.

    How do you measure the ring gauge of a box cut?

    • @dbowan68
      @dbowan68 Год назад

      The diagonal would dictate; square peg, round hole.

  • @jayaskin2808
    @jayaskin2808 5 лет назад +1

    Info on the box pressed is a little off nothing do do with it rolling around its to allow the smoke been drawn to cool as the shape when put in your mouth allows a liitle opening on each side

    I bet its harder than hell to roll that square one.

    • @dbowan68

      Saw a video and it explained that there is less filler, which makes it easier to press into the square shape.

    • @jack18over

      Gixer750pilot a Romeo y Julieta Julieta no.2 I think mate, that’s the cigar with the dimensions that became the Churchill.

      Hi Vaded, we were gifted a couple of those during a visit to one of our vendors' factories in the Dominican Republic. They do come in handy, good luck in tracking one down!

    Lancero = Longsdale ?
    Do they still make Rothchilds?

    • @jack18over
      @jack18over 5 лет назад

      Lee Chandler no a Lonsdale is shorter than a lancero and has a larger ring gauge
      Some companies still use the size while others just use robusto or petit robusto
