I think it's have a little bit different. In "To Be Continued", the viewer is just like "Oh, what is happen in the next? Is he gonna survive? I really wanna know the next scene!" The moment like 99%. But in "It was at this moment that he knew he f****d up !", the viewer is gonna be "He is really f****d up! He's not gonna survive!" The moment is like 100%
