@@rubenclaudiojr7844 Nah man, what security guard is gonna cuss Ken Griffey Sr?
Billy Martin
He didn’t tell the part where he was known to steal from the lockers ...
Nope. But Johnny Bench sure did!
Never forget!!
Imagine if we had that mindset today as a culture. There would be no asking and begging to be treated equally. There would be no marching etc. Straight up working together knowing as we been knew and know now. They don't want us so we need to build our own and make our own. All while walking and breathing the same air drinking same water driving same streets. I digress. I love his outtake on this tough subject. He used there hate to be GREAT.

If a person is begging to be treated equally then there's a problem all around. The person is not begging to be treated better than everyone else they're begging to be treated the same.
@@AllFlashNoDash you treat your guy friend the same way you treat your girl friend?
And those hateful people are the minority, being used as examples by our oppressors of how all people think. Divide and conquer. If the television is telling you what the think, you better be very suspicious.
We're you by chance alive in the 80s and 90s , when it was pretty well obvious that the idea of anyone being inferior was a thing of the past ? You know, before Obama and the Democratic party undermined 40 years of progress with regard to race relations with their irresponsible rhetoric and implication that isolated instances of racism shown on the internet and tv news were indicative of the attitude of the country as a whole ? I was.
I love how he mentioned all his Yankee friends, and never mentioned A-Frod’s name. Alex Rodriguez will go down as a self absorbed narcissistic just like Russell Wilson has unfortunately done to himself, it’s like seeing Darth Vader consume Anakin. A-rod & Russ are have the same price demon consuming them
Curt schilling said it best,,, me play for the Yankees!,, I'd rather quit baseball.
And who cares about what he or you think? Yankees rule
Don’t lesion him in any conversation about JR. That’s insulting
Ironic that a racist wack job like schilling has the same position as KG regarding the Yankees...
Apparently there’s a myriad of reasons to hate the Yankees.
I wonder if schilling would have changed his mind about them if he heard about how racist they were.
Last time I checked being a conservative doesn't mean someone is a racist. No matter how much the media may want you to think that. You might want to learn to think for yourself.
@@patricklord2575 What makes him racist?
Love the Yankees, but griffey will always be my favorite player. Wished he had a ring
It's amazing folks who don't go through the African American experience are quit to tell African Americans that racism no longer exist and quit complaining. Like we just make up everything.
I like him even more
Crazy !!! Because I said the same went I was playing for Different reasons...
That explains a lot
That's very funny. The Yankee's have a long history of character's in management and the dug-out. We call it, "the empire."
Next he’ll reveal why he hates Norm MacDonald 😆
You notice how he never said Paul O'Neill as a Yankee he respected LOL
White guy or something else?
He didn't mention 100's. So what?
Greetings Unk. You get your Mountain Dew? Think the Lakers will repeat? should be a another great season
Coming from a Yankee fan, I'm sorry he had a bad experience; according to his father, he tried to tell him that George didn't give that order.
He said that the beef was between Ken Griffey Sr said that the beef was between him & Billy Martin; Sr said that Billy Martin was upset that the Reds swept the Yankees in the World Series, which we all know did happen
Source NY Post
Whoever you want to believe is up to you, but I think that you guys do have a right to hear this part.
My favorite player
as a lifelong M's fan who idolizes Griffey.....that's all the more fuel I need to hate the Yankees even more than I already do.
Seriously Yankees fans are toxic. Undeserving of that team cashman gives them.
Yeah thats a real statement, poor people in the bronx who watch the yankees are toxic . And wth you mean undeserving of the team cashman gives them ? You mean the teams that keep coming up short ? Get real its win or go home in yankee land
@@robertbogert8257 I haven’t heard a yankee fan who doesn’t complain about the team. I remember when they traded for Stanton, happy they got him. Has that 0-4 4 strikeout day and they immediately boo him and it was still April . Seriously y’all are ungrateful.
With all due respect don't stereotype us it's unfair to stereotype a whole group of people.
There are heroes and jerks in every group of people.
😄 good story, thanks.
PS , Jr. Saw your 4 home run game in the old Kingdom. 👍.
As a die hard Yankees fan, i side with Griffey.
As a Yankee fan I can relate to Ken Griffey Jr in a different way how my father was treated badly buy some of his old bosses and he's right certain things as a kid drills in your head and makes you who you are. I don't want to be a Medical Doctor not after what medicine has become. I respect Doctors it's not my cup of tea to be one. If being a doctor was the last job on the planet I'd retire.
