I have the exact same headlights on my TJ they are a great upgrade. Painting the rims and retainer Black really makes for an awesome frontend look. I did to mine and IMO it looks a whole lot better than the chrome brings the black headlight surround on the lights into a stealth(lol) look
Be sure to scuff up both the headlight retainer and the surround to help the paint adhere. I also used Dura-Cats Adhesion promoter just before painting them. If you can it is best to let them dry and cure for a couple of days before re-mounting...This allows the paint to cure and harden and prevents chipping. I could do this because my Jeep is not a daily driver...
Dude, pull those end caps off of the front bumper, it'll make it look sick, shows of the tires better. Trust me, if you think I'm wrong just slide them back in
A.K.A. Milk jugs. Hes right. Take them off. It will not be detrimental at all to the JEEP. It also changes the personality of your Jeeps face. Right now, other Jeeps want to take it's lunch money. Removing the milk jugs will make them reapect him/her again.
I installed those same lights in my 2016 jeep and for some reason, when I turn light on they go straight to high beam. And high beam is low beam. Any suggestions?? Tks
its the adaptor they give you with the lights, switch the wires around.pull wires out of the female side and vice versa the high and low beam wire, mine did the same thing
Paint the light round black will be great 👍🏽
Thanks for this vid man! I just bought the same exact headlights for my jeep!

The extra wire is for daytime running lights!

Yeah "freaking awesome" yeah just " freaking awesome" that's all I got out of this video.. too much unnecessary waste ofctime info..
Man you talk to much about nothing to do with the installation and LED. Make it shorter. We don’t have time for extra things
