I leased mine through Schneider Finance and I just paid it off. Leasing was a great option for me because I didn't have a large amount for a down payment on a brand new truck. My truck had less than 100 miles on it when I got it. For me, it was the best decision 😊
I get my alignment work done at Gaumers in Chambersburg PA. They're busy but they don't just slap a 3 axle together on a deck, they found my truck needed wedge and that fixed a pull and wear no one else could or knew enough to find. I keep my old steer tires as sacrificials and run them until I can get in for the work, instead of chewing up brand new ones. Ever since getting the wedge and 3 axle done they've been running perfect. My lane is mostly the I81 corridor through PA, MD, WB, VA with some offshoots to give you an idea of the road conditions. Also, owning a truck outright is the best feeling ever. It lifts a LOT of burden and makes it a lot easier to ebb and flow as the market ends and flows. The same goes for personal debt. If you live and operate lean you can survive lean. Then bank big time when the market comes back.
I’d strongly suggest if you can get over to SW Michigan to go see Michigan MD Alignment. It’s an as driven alignment, so it’s not on a set of floating discs. He also does Dr Preload on the bearings so they’re properly preloaded. I have not had to have an alignment since Jim set it 4 years ago and he has rechecked it a couple times. Also I’ve got right at 700000 miles on my truck and have never had to do a wheel seal using this system. He is a former BCO and is very fair honest.
Awesome news, Congratulations! Praying for better freight market for everyone. I run local in Michigan now, drop hook, just have to know the roads and traffic.
Congrats on payed for equipment! Airbag suspension on the steer axle might help prolong steer tire life. I run heavier steer tires, current set needs replaced at 250k miles. These roads are so horrible!
Great news; the purchase of your truck; Was going to point out; that drop of oil on the outside hub; is no reason to miss a load; check the hub oil and add to full; pay attention to how low, if any, the oil is; that will clue you on how serious; clean the wheel and monitor to see if it continues; one of the mechanics could have check the hubs and when he popped the plug; a drop or two could fall out; since its the outside there's no danger to the brakes; the outside cap gasket is an easy one to replace.
It was the inside, and the oil touched the rotor so it would have been an automatic out of service. If it was the outside I would have just taken care of it myself and saved the time.
Hello from Stoneboro, Pa. Nice to hear from ya's. I predict that you will be getting that 9,000 th subscriber here in the next week or so. Always happy to see you show up on my phone. Keep er between the ditches!
Have you two gone to a place in Staunton called The Mill? They have absolutely the best ribs in all the world!! A hundred years ago, during the 55mile per hour speed limit. I would leave my home terminal in Louisville, on my way to the mother terminal in Verona. We would always stop at White's Truck stop for supper. That was when I drove the 'no stack Mack with the window in the back'. Drove for Smith's Transfer back then. Left them after twelve years and became an O/O pulling a flatbed for another fourteen years. Like your videos, stay safe, enjoy every day. I am still,,,retired ol Ron.
Congratulations on the truck... Im glad you're not going to Rice tire for your alignment- i personally have never had any luck with those guys - even when it was central - Excel or Truck Enterprise is definitely the way to go...
That would probably need to be macrame which is made with a stronger rope. She has done some of this work before and might have some rope on hand if you want to shoot her an email on knotintheloop she can go over any details with you!
Lease purchase through a carrier is a bad idea . Through an actual leasing agency or manufacturer not so much as long as you pay attention to your maintenance and the turms on the contract.
congrat bro!! anyways its hard af to get simple ass work done out. ive gotten alignments done and they come out worse. theres a pretty good spot in la vergne tn i use they will reset your steering wheel snd everything for you.
If you could find a 2022 truck with 250k miles for less than what we paid, in as good of shape as our is, I’ll buy it and have it delivered to your house.
@@NoLuckTrucking your first mistake is leasing they put a bunch of taxes on that. And you have to look for yourself I won’t give you the secret to success in trucking. I learned it all myself and I have been doing it from 23 and now 42 I own a couple of rigs etc. but you will learn good luck when you find what I suggested let me know and say damn man you not lying!

I’m considering them also. Who did you lease on with?
@@truckermayo9433 I am currently leased on to E-Transport Carriers
Fed ex screwed me last year during the holidays. It’s very hard to keep booking when it’s a 50/50 they might cancel on you. GAO was the worst.
Congrats on the truck guys!!! Its tough out there right now but if anybody cang grind through it its the both of you!!! Much respect!!!❤
Congrats guys! I bought my truck right from success leasing after 2 years at prime.
That's a sweet deal on that tractor. Hope it's trouble free for many miles.

When it comes to fedex, it all depends on freight levels. They will adjust accordingly. They are not worried about anything else but the numbers.
Hope that all is well as I haven't seen any new videos, lately.
Still, here in Stoneboro Pa
Congratulations, another step forward towards your goal!
Congrats on buying the truck guys!!
Many thanks for the video’s. Wishing you well with your “ new” purchase. Kindest regards. 🇨🇦🇨🇦

We’ve been to Mill street grill, I haven’t of just the Mill. Staunton has amazing food spots, we enjoy checking them out when we’re home
King tire in Dublin va did my alignment after petro screwed it up. Tires are wearing great. Recommend them very much
Excel truck in wyers cave Va is who we go to when we are home, they do great work
Don't go to big l in harrisonburg they suck and king tire in roanoke is no good for alignments but I buy all my tires from there
Congrats on the truck.

We have never been able to even get an appointment at rices. They don’t even exist to us any more, we don’t even bother lol

Raphine .. oh no .. the memories at the shop ..
Next time you need alignment or suspension work, try Thurston Spring in Richmond
They were booking out 2 weeks I believe. We called them too.
my new freightliner cost,32000,it's nice..
Could Liz do something such as a holder, that I could put a plant in that would hang down from the ceiling in front of a window?

I think leasing in general comes down to that contract. reading and understanding what’s in it will make or break a business for sure.
Congratulations!

We’ve used the place we’re going to, they’re good guys and do great work. But I know what you mean about shops and lazy work.
WooHoo!!! Congrats!!
I worked retail for years and so many customers are rude
Yea I remember that life too, never again.
Who designed the website? I love it!
Sozo designed our sites, shirts, and does all the web stuff. He’s the best.

Wait, No Luck Trucking had good luck in the past?…
Not sure your State but when you go to title it, don't let them charge you taxes.
Virginia is exempt from sales tax on heavy duty trucks
@NoLuckTrucking Texas too but the office we went to charged us tax, had to appeal to Austin to get a refund. It was a pain in the ass.
You paid too much truck values been dropping 10% per -mounth

Find me a low mile 2022 for 50k
