Very helpful. These are great cures for pains in the butt. Avoiding certain people also helps, but that's another story.

I have lower back pain while squatting that I didn't use to have but my job unfortunately involves a lot of sitting, I will try these definitely. I only ask in terms of repetition for each exercise how many please? I just want to be able to squat pain free again

God this may be the fix to my age long back/hip/glute pain
I am seeing a chiropractor for low back popping/cracking. He thinks it is an issue with my sacroiliac joint. I have been doing lots of band exercises, bridges and bird dogs. It doesn't seem to be getting better. Particularly when I do one leg bird dogs I have severe popping on my low right back. Definitely have a dead butt and am trying to build my glutes etc. I respect you guys, can you help?

Did you have physical therapy, if they gave you exercises continue those. Foot wear that supports the foot and ankle is going to be important. Work on it all the time. Good luck.

When doing the Bridge position (lifting your butt while laying on your back) you should have your feet just far enough back to touch your heels with your fingers. Brad's are pretty far out. At least that's how we do it in yoga.
