    Thanks for this! Just curious, you mentioned in the beginning that the smaller pieces would cook faster, but I didn't see you take them out earlier than the bigger pieces. How should that be handled?

      Take them out a wrap in foil until the other ones are ready. The bigger ones will always take longer.

    Was gunna make this rn but on a propane grill does the same temperatures apply 250F for about 4 -5 hours ? does the internal temperature really matter how do u know when it’s ready to wrap and will spraying it w apple juice work as well?

      If you were going to waste your propane gas on a 4-5 hour cook, you may as well throw these in the oven instead on a rack that drips into a tray so they still get crispy.
