That's how you cut it for pork belly sandwiches. which is the only sandwich that can compete with a cheeseburger. Crisping them up like you did might make it the king of sandwiches. Ill have to try, thanks!

That changes with what bbq and how much sauce you put on, anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes as a rough go.
Just keep an eye on them.
There's just one thing I don't understand.... how the heck do you continue to be so skinny cooking like that? 😂 I'm literally envious of you. 😆

At least you didn't put maple syrup like a lot of YT BBQ channels. Maple syrup ruins everything when it comes to pork.
