@@XmanCo thank you for the tutorial btw
It's good to see my fellow South African broer do this💪🔥
Looks good bru but I expected the smoke ring to be more pronounced, wonder why it wasn’t. Either way that’s some good eating there man. Well done!
Bone in brisket is an epic cut of meat in it's own right. I am curious how you'd compare the Weber Master Touch vs. using the Weber smoker (WSM) for this cook? Great cook though, again, ty for sharing!
Liked and subbed, great stuff here...
Its definitely an epic cut... comparing would be hard as some dont like the meat too smoked. I love both methods. I think im leaning towards the WSM. This method gives you a bit more to play with and really let your creativity take over. Thanks for your support.... 🔥🔥🔥👍
great channel new sub
Thank you so much. Appreciate the visit too.🔥🔥🔥
In your later videos you have an off set smoker in the background, have you made any videos while using it?
Hi there, I have made a few . Here is a reverse seared Tomahawk on the off set smoker ===>>>> ruclips.net/video/mldtXSLUSbc/видео.html. Stay safe man 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Good job bat man
Thanks boet appreciate the visit..🔥🔥🔥👍
Can we do it on wood fired oven?
Most definitely. It will be a delight in the woodfired oven. 🔥🔥👍
That’s not a knife. This guy has a knife!
🤣🤣 thanks for the comment man. Appreciate it stay safe man.
@@XmanCo just put my first bone in on the smoker this morning. Cheers!
@@mikescholes7119 thats awesome man so jelaous.... enjoy man. 😍🔥👍
Why does this brisket look totally different to the cuts you see on American smoking videos? Their brisket cut doesn't include any bones.
We dont always get the bones removed by the butcher. Have seen this with many cuts being different because of the way the sell it and how far the go prepping the cut at the butcher. We can get the brisket without the bones but very hard to get the whole brisket too.
