If you were a Washington fan, you’d disagree. A great choice by WSD. Not a first rounder. Good young man, not built for the NFL. Plenty of blame on the organization who drafted him though. Gone far too soon and had at least a solid backup career if not starting for a bad team. RIP. A big ten legend without a doubt.
If he didn’t unfortunately pass away he’d be in this draft first round pick no doubt. Eddie is tryna be a nice guy. He said people passed on me and thankfully every franchise did. RIP but he was not good in the NFL. The fact in year 3 he was competing a Rudolph and Trubinsky for a starting job says all.
Carl and Chief were incredibly off base with the Reggie Bush pick. That would've been my 1-1. He was arguably the most electric player in college football history. And since they clearly stated this isn't a "bust" draft, Reggie fits the criteria perfectly. Decent, solid career but for sure a disappointment.
The Paul Posluzny pick makes no sense. He was a 2nd round pick who had a good 10 year career where he even lead league in tackles at one point. Chief is way overrating Bush. Bush was not just not Barry Sanders. He was never a top 10 RB ... that is a clear big disappointment for the most hyped offensive prospect this century.
I remember going to a Vikings vs. Steelers game and Percy Harvin returned a kickoff for a TD. Older guy sitting in the row in front of me turns to his buddy and says "Who the hell was that?" Other guy says "That's that Percy Harpins guy". Needless to say, the guy I went to the game with and myself always called Percy Harvin "Percy Harpins" from that day forward.
Fun fact: Robert Gallery was University of Iowa's final scholarship of the year, brought in as a 6'7" punter. He then gained 100 lbs and became the All-American tackle.
Berry played 7 full seasons and went to pro bowl 5 of those years, including two pro bowls after beating cancer. Tearing Achilles did hurt career after, but hard to call a disappointment
if a kicker was taken, it should have been Roberto Aguayo. 2nd round, played 1 year and that was it. he was unreal at FSU, he was the second coming of sebastian janikowski
Carl picks Eric Crouch "I'm not going to say you thought he would be a superstar in the NFL AT ALL in the least bit, its not like oh this guy is going to rip it up in the league"... in a draft titled "Players you thought would be NFL stars" lol
To Dave’s point: Eric Crouch is now a playground equipment salesman in central Nebraska. The local parks in towns around NE have playgrounds sold by a Heisman Trophy winner
WSD performance in this draft is an absolute embarrassment to all of Chicago sports fans. Also, wsd picking a guy right after he dies, how about not kicking a guy while he is down small man syndrome Dave. In fact. Many of these picks have been absolute trash. All of you should be ashamed. Missing bust after bust after bust and picking guys that had playmaker impacts.
Was waiting for David Terrell. I remember when comcast sportsnet first came out, their version of sportscenter had a bunch of Chicago sports figures making plays as part of their opening. A Sosa home run, Ben Gordon slam dunk, and David Terrell… catching a pass in practice. I guess they couldn’t find one highlight of him in an actual game. That’s how I knew the guy was a joke
I swear Brad Smith (QB Mizzou) was just a few years too early. Incredible college QB that was forced to play WR in the pros. Had a decent career as a kick returner for the Jets/Bills.
Anthony Gonzalez only didn't work out because of injury. When he was healthy, he was a STUD! Then went on to be in the House of Representatives. Now, Ted Ginn Jr??? He wasn't a bust... but I thought he was going to be THE most electric receiver in the league, and he ended up being an average slot guy and a good returner
no jamarcus, vince young, ryan leaf or manziel??? some of the picks were big question marks. WSD total choke job. kyler murray top 5 Qb LMAO wild take. hes not even top 10. right around 11-12
the Eric Crouch conversation was so bad, the Packers didn't draft him and his leg injury was so bad the NFL had to create a rule about wearing leg pads
Same here, they had a bunch of freak athletes on offensive side for him to get the ball to but his arm wasn’t that impressive. Good college QB but not NFL type of talent
It's laugh out loud funny when someone is picked and they're like ehh injuries got em. Meanwhile a guy who died two weeks ago and played two seasons got picked 5th overall
Topic idea: Best career revivals across the 4 major sports and 1 misc., the goal is to take the players that most improved their careers through trades and free agency.
I thought Vince Young was going to be the man. Won the Rose Bowl and a National Championship seemingly by himself. Which shouldn't be possible in football. His NFL career wasn't anything special though. Not sure if he qualifies for this draft but would've been my #1 if he does.
WSD taking Haskins is on brand. Feels a bit soon to be calling him a "disappointment" lol but still on brand for the Foul Boy.
If you were a Washington fan, you’d disagree. A great choice by WSD. Not a first rounder.

He won a super bowl
@@garyjohnson9498 He played for a team that won the Super Bowl. They didn't win because of him.
@@charleswilliams405 multiple 1000 yard seasons ain’t no disappointment. One of carls picks never even played a down in the nfl lol
@@garyjohnson9498 The point is to avoid busts. It's in the thumbnail and they explain it in the beginning.
@@garyjohnson9498 This wasn't a bust draft though.
CAN WE GET A BEST PLAYS DRAFT? Categories can be each major sport. I think that would be an awesome one
Loved Paul p in buffalo and fan favorite in Jacksonville I’d assume
This entire draft was a disaster
@@matteagan1288 everyone loves Paul in Jacksonville

Ya, that was a bad pick by Dave. Harvin was a monster when healthy. Health was the only reason he didn’t pan out
WSD should be ashamed to show his face after that performance
I don't know, Chief was pretty awful too.
Haskins was such a dumb pick. Dude was 24
@@Booger-Magnolia I was referring to the dozen but after watching this draft can be included
@@ajjancosko7066 tough week all around for our boy

That would be a great “bust” pick. Which this draft is not
@@ddbol8586 true
Of course WSD picks Dwayne Haskins. JFC...
WSD thinking Kyler is a top 5 QB tells me how I need to know about his football knowledge hahaahaha
DeAnthony Thomas (Oregon). I thought he was going to be what Tyreek Hill is right now in the NFL.
Carl picks Eric Crouch "I'm not going to say you thought he would be a superstar in the NFL AT ALL in the least bit, its not like oh this guy is going to rip it up in the league"... in a draft titled "Players you thought would be NFL stars" lol
Pretty easy to leave Chief off the graphic, rough draft.
Loved the WSD “I asked my buddies…. Uhh what’s his name chief??”
This was a clinic by Jeff D Lowe
Sounds like Jeff is in charge of this one, taking the power away from Red Ed. Every pick Jeff says: "I'll allow that"
That's because Jeff is a narcissist
Good Jeff’s the goat
Surprised Jadeveon Clowney made it to the 4th round. Borderline 1st rounder
I’m only into the second round and don’t wanna spoil it. But my all time guys are Jake locker and Matt Jones (qb turned wr)
A personal pick for me would be Justin Blackmon, I thought he was going to be a better Megatron
Everything Jeff joins or hosts or produces is just A+. Fun draft. WSD did WSD things but love watching these each Monday.
jeff d lowe saying he looks like a shlub when he looks 10x more put together than most guys is rich
when you have to spend 8 minutes trying to define the draft then it's too ambiguous.
11 seasons in the league and led the league in tackles one year, can’t be a disappointment
I really like Dave but that's a classless move taking Dwayne. Come on man you can take a million other people
Found the millennial.
Vince Young... Every USC and Ohio State QB....Geno Smith....Pat White... Justin Blackmon
This was Jeff's draft based on how much he talked. He repeats every point at least twice when he explains something.
He talks way too much, especially for how annoying he is
I've never seen an autistic person that loves the sound of his own voice as much as him
that's just Jeff in general, most annoying guy ever
I like when there's this much pick tipping honestly, just let it all fly
Saying Reggie Bush is weak is insane. Should have been 1-1 off the board. Reggie Bush was never anything close to a super star in the NFL.
Carl and Chief wearing the same outfit today so that the people who think they hate each other put that theory to bed
most convoluted draft of all time. its one thing to discuss difference of opinions, but the discrepancy in who was even eligible is wild.
I thought C.J. Spiller would at least get an honorable mention. Decent career but nowhere near what I had imagined after a stellar college showcase.
WSD is something else. His honorable mentions are Hightower, Talib and Eric Berry? All star players
To Dave’s point: Eric Crouch is now a playground equipment salesman in central Nebraska. The local parks in towns around NE have playgrounds sold by a Heisman Trophy winner
based out of an omaha Suburb and he is doing very well (not a 1 bedroom apt)
I was in attendance when DMC had 140yds and 2tds against the Jets in Oakland. I thought I was watching Jim Brown
WSD performance in this draft is an absolute embarrassment to all of Chicago sports fans. Go cry some more bitch. And its not a bust draft dipshit.
Just started this show but wouldn't be surprised to hear Tavon Austin's name
WSD's beard slowly making its way to his eyeballs.
At least there wont be any arguments on who to keep off the poll. Lookin at you WSD
Took an hour 33 for my number 1 to get mentioned. Vernon Ghoulston was such a beast.
JDL’s 1st round pick should get the MJ rule if the boys ever do a “all time worst snake draft picks” episode. Y’all were very kind to him
that was fuckin embarrassing, thank God wsd of all people brought up the stats
Andrew luck. Yes he was great but I thought he was going to be top 10 all time.
I thought Peter Warrick had knee issues? One of the best highlight tapes of all time
You needed some Boston blood on this one to challenge WSD"s insane inclusion of Dont'a Hightower for honorable mentions.
I swear Brad Smith (QB Mizzou) was just a few years too early. Incredible college QB that was forced to play WR in the pros. Had a decent career as a kick returner for the Jets/Bills.
Everything good Carl???
Should've made everyone pick 1 QB, 2 WR, and 2 defensive players lol.
24 games. 2800 yards. WSD says-200 yards a game
Was really excited for this draft but I just do not know college football enough
haven't seen a pick yet, but Cody Paul #5 better be a first round pick. RUclips SENSATION!
Noel Devine if you ever saw his HS RUclips highlights. Looked like Barry Sanders
Eric Berry was a multi time All-Pro and was on the all decade team. There is no way he should have been there at all
Bro. Percy Harvin??!!?? Unbelievably terrible pick.
Eric crouch built a playground two summers ago with my buddy in front Nebraska
Ed try not to look so annoyed when WSD talks!
Did you guys know Jeff is a Browns fan?
No, had no clue. What gave it away for you?
I’ll never forget watching the 2007 NFL draft & they kept panning to him as he kept falling until the Browns picked him at 2022.
This draft is so bad. They’re drafting pro bowlers and 10 year vets saying they are disappointments
Anthony Gonzalez only didn't work out because of injury. When he was healthy, he was a STUD! Then went on to be in the House of Representatives. Now, Ted Ginn Jr??? FSU fan here. Love the P dub pick from Carl
chase Kaufmann not being mentioned even in the honorable mentions is shocking.
Im too young but was Vince Young supposed to be a star, or is he a bust?
I thought this draft was going to suck but it was one of the best
First round, all the picks were busts were they not?
Curtis Painter. Maybe it’s cause I was young but I thought he was a GOD at Purdue and I had to watch him play for the Colts, so sad.
Chef with the Nottingham Forrest Hat 🔥
Tim Tebow, Tavon Austin, Manti Teo, John Ross, Mark Sanchez, DeAnthony Thomas
Peter Warrick was a fantastic pick. Dude was electric
the Eric Crouch conversation was so bad, the Packers didn't draft him and his leg injury was so bad the NFL had to create a rule about wearing leg pads
I’m still watching the first round but I can’t believe WSD took Haskins. I remember watching him at OSU and thinking, “he ain’t accurate at all”
Same here, they had a bunch of freak athletes on offensive side for him to get the ball to but his arm wasn’t that impressive. Good college QB but not NFL type of talent
Crouch was drafted by the rams. How did no one correct him when everyone was on their laptops looking him up?
Jeff Samardzija would be on my board. Disappointed he chose baseball because he would've been an elite WR
I’m an hour in and if Ron Dayne isn’t mentioned I might cry
Are we just gonna ignore that Dave gave LT a Heisman that he most definitely did not win lol
...I was also big on Tyler Bray
My list of guys from off the board 1. Roberto Aguayo 2. Corey Coleman 3. Knowshon Moreno 4. RG3 5. Corey Davis
It's laugh out loud funny when someone is picked and they're like ehh injuries got em. Meanwhile a guy who died two weeks ago and played two seasons got picked 5th overall
You could already tell he sucked
What was the Maclin rumor? Anyone know???
Jeff taking it personally at the beginning is so awkward of him tbh
Dude makes me nervous, dead ass eyes. Zero life behind them peepers...
Jeff be giving me the finger all draft
What’s the Maclin rumor?
Paul Posluzny was great for the jaguars even though they only had one really good year with him
Topic idea: Best career revivals across the 4 major sports and 1 misc., the goal is to take the players that most improved their careers through trades and free agency.
Tavon Austin going undrafted is criminal stuff folks
also saying Eric Berry and Reggie Bush would be similar picks is just wrong
Marcus Mariota is a perfect pick for this draft and went way too late. WSD’s board sucks too.
I contend WSD didn’t understand the format
What is the Jermey Maclin rumor?
WSD saying he’s seen first round QB’s in person then says it was Jared goff, Haskins (rip), and Daniel fucking Jones is laughable
I thought Vince Young was going to be the man. Won the Rose Bowl and a National Championship seemingly by himself. Which shouldn't be possible in football. His NFL career wasn't anything special though. Not sure if he qualifies for this draft but would've been my #1 if he does.
Can we get the same thing but HS players who never made it in College. Sam Mcguffie comes to mind.
Saying Reggie Bush is in the same category as Eric Berry is insane. Bush should’ve gone #1 overall in this.
Does Carl have to give an intro speech before every pick?
Carl did not understand the assignment of this draft
Pat White, Terrelle Pryor, Justin Blackwell, thought Michael Crabtree was amazing at TT, just a serviceable-mid level player in NFL
Carl legit doesnt talk at all in these
It's Tavon Austin for me man
Reggie Bush, Andrew Luck, Josh Gordon
Byron Leftwich was too good, not bad enough
