Ignore the naysayers and the detractors. Coach Saban had to instil his methods and vision before success followed. Why are we demanding results after one season !!!!!! Madness
Pat Shurmur is sharp. Wow.
Coach SAAAAP!!! Let’s go Baby 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
Wow, they are pouring a lot into them. I love especially how they are explaining to each one of them their job

He’s saying everything I said about Dylan, hes good at everything but has no size for pass protection
Dylan’s is not expected to block In the NFL.., he is a speed back
@@studiobauhaus7740 then he must understand he may not always be first option he will be used situational
Coach Prime is right about the qb with the most passing yards in college football that will not get drafted. Zach Zebrowski passed for 5157 yds but will not get drafted.
Michael Penix lead the Fbs in passing and was a first round pick. Stats do matter
Joe Flacco came from The University of Delaware, which is a division 1 school.
@@kevinhooper7947 Delewarw is a D1 school. I revised my comment.
This was a great video thanks for sharing. 👍🏾👍🏾
Tough! I love how the video ended with Win!
As coaches you will never win if your players have not bought in
It’s crazy players are leaving the type of environment.
Cus it’s garbage. They showing just enough to make you think they actually coaching. They aren’t. The fighting for clicks and Shedeur draft status.
PowerPoint presentations with generic information…I’m sure you can’t get that anywhere else
Honestly, it's crazy a 5 star would go. Deion hasn't had a single player drafted.
@@Icien1if u don’t win nobody really gets drafted . He’s been here one year

This meeting was like that 💯
I bet NFL teams will start to look at how many times players have jumped ship and transferred, or even why they transferred. 🤔
😂why. NFL your bound by a literal contract!!
@@socalsocal88it’s not a good thing if you transferring a bunch. That means you not that good. It’s only a minute amount that can make it in the nfl. And the fact that they getting beat out at multiple places means they aren’t the best of the best.

This a game winner you could get info like this back in the day some kids and high level of athletes should study the is, keep pushing out positive and awesome content. Send many blessings from the most high
Always amazing content. One note of feedback, if possible, try to limit the sniffling in the background. But regardless, great content and thanks for bringing it every day!
This is gold! Great video
Great presentation from professional men! The Buffs are blessed to have them teaching and coaching them. 🙏🏽👍🏽
Micheal Pinx threw for a NCAA D1 leading 4900 yards and was picked 8th in the first round @ 1:02.
He didn't have the most in college ball you have to look at not just FBS. You have to look at D2 schools as well it is all college football
@@smoothblue03🧢
I promise you Deon Sanders son isnt gonna go nearly as high in the draft as Deon thinks he is. Who wants the headache of the kid that knows exactly how to go after the best contract and isnt playing at a superstar level.
As usual my guy you're scoring field goals and making touchdown in your own way great info! With all these good coaches if you don't thrive it's No Excuses.
That was tremendously good! 😊
The fact is what the Deion Sanders and his coaching staff is doing by showing the players the true reality of not only football but the reality of life. That is why it is very important for these athletes to work their plan B at the same time for long term success beyond the playing field.
He still needs lots of work, most of his players are in the clouds.
Deion and Warren were extremely gifted. Their messaging is just..wrong. These kids haven’t the gifts they had.
From the late Al Davis: JUST WIN BABY, JUST (WIN)
Hopefully these young players are taking in the wisdom from the ex nfl players and hall of famers!
What does it take to make to the NFL? Thank you for sharing this. Not only does it help the players but it makes me take a deeper look at myself for my career choices.
Coach Mathis my fav

😂😂😂 @ the RBs that jumped in the portal!!!
They will miss out on the NFL wait and see!
Sapp got me hype!
Hope they know that they’re getting the answers to the test from these NFL coaches. #cheatsheet
I was always told regardless of where you play if you're good they WILL FIND YOU..even if that means practice squad...kids get to caught up in everything except fundamentals. Put the work in and everything will take care of itself.
As a youth football coach what I have experience and assist at the high school level is players want to be coddle and not be held accountable. The sensitive culture is that you have to focus on coddling players feeling than developing players into young men.
yup #1 draft pick played on a team that couldn’t even make a bowl game
WINNERS WANT WINNERS
I’m so glad to see a new RB room and OL rooms cuz last season all was trash . Gotta able to run the football im glad there’s actual talent on this team this year
This was major.

This was good! Great insight
Those players who left really hurt themselves because they missing out on this vital information.
Lmfao lmfao you are funny

Colorado not the only school giving the information
They probably saved their careers
They are watching this video just like we are all doing. They will miss experiences for sure, but the info is provided in full.
OL and DL are the only positions that truly have to compete on every snap
Couldn't say it better myself

Livingston spot on. Production matters. Shumur and Phillips says Production don't matter is crazy.
Phillips was obviously talking about intangibles related to the team and the NFL as a business. Livingston was referencing the game itself.
@@aferg76 great analysis and comment.
GOOD VIDEO DARIUS.
Rome Odunze just led the FBS in receiving yards (1640) and was drafted #9 overall over the weekend after being a Consensus All-America
Malik Washington led the FBS in catches (110), was named to numerous All-America teams, and was just selected 184th overall.
Mr. Sanders shouldn't toss around words like guarantee when the events from literally within a day or two and results from the 2023 season refute his claim.
bo nix tied for most passing yards all time in CFB he did indeed get drafted that night
There are tons of guys who lead in categories are undrafted or PS guys
@@micahbinns2740 No one said there weren't tons of guys who've lead in categories that ended up undrafted or on practice squads, so you're arguing about something that was not a point of contention. Prime just said he "guaranteed" the statistical leaders weren't or wouldn't be drafted and I listed the leaders in both receiving categories from the 2023 that were.
I think they should have zay and others going for the draft come talk and get real with the boys. They sometimes take it better from their equal.
I agree; but, that would be from a "Player's Perspective." This is about, what the League looks for; so you get a view of how or what people are looking at, when they're evaluating you. Zay can only go through the process as the one hoping to get selected; it helps to know "what" the criteria is, from the One doing the Selecting... having this knowledge can greatly assist in the success of you achieving your goal of getting selected.
@@darrylherman916 I'm not saying that this is not valuable information. Some kids just received the information from their peers as well as their coaches. I'm just saying that maybe they can get into the other kids head and let them know, listen to the coaches they're not about just winning on the college level but they're trying to prepare you for the NFL. That's all I'm saying and most players will open up with their peers. It hurts to start playing the game at pee wee and never hit the NFL!!!
I’m so glad former nfl player get and opportunity to coach and not the buddy buddy coaches that never seen an NFL field and people call them coaching gurus😂😂
Pay attention to the knees shaking… that’s energy that speaks a lot. It’s good stress!
If it was about winning the natty, JJ McCarthy would be the #1 overall qb taken in the draft. Mocks have him being the 4th or 5th qb taken. Caleb is consensus #1 overall pick tonight and USC went 8-5.
USC had a winning record so what’s your point? He said nothing about winning a national championship.
Point being stat padding, winning conf. or natty isn't the formula to going pro. It's performance, day in, day out, good practice habits, etc. Back to McCarthy. He will be lucky if he is the 5th qb taken. Penix might go ahead of him and his team lost in the natty.
I’m listening but the top receiver in yards went #15 this year, Rome Udoza to Chicago. That just went over my head.
