    This might be a silly question to ask but what’s the point of washing if you’re going to peel the skin?
    Also the way I make kumpir is I put holes into my potatoes with skin on then a little olive oil. After I season it with salt and pepper, I put it in the over. Different way to cook it but you should try it one day. :)

      Noo, its not silly at all :D I just don't like feeling that dust in my hands while peeling. For the recommendation, I will definitely tryy! -gulsah
