Shadow of the Colossus PS4 - Easy way onto Quadratus

- Note: This is not a speed run!
This was my first attempt in a new 'Normal Game' - you can see by how low my grip and health bars are! This was just a test, but it's definitely a faster way to defeat the colossus if you use this technique to its full advantage! Hopefully, some amazing speed runner will use this method to take down Quadratus and prove I was right all along ; ) See below link.

BROOOO, DUDE YOU MADE IT IN THE PS4 REMAKE DURING THE CREDITS. I was shocked and so happy for you when I saw your name pop up. You were able to make it in the game! It still baffles my mind that they included you! I didn't think they would do something like that but they did. THAT was pretty cool dude keep up the great work my guy.

Believe me I was just as shocked as you when I found out! xD. It was weird as the day before I found out that there was the 'Boon of the Nomad' trophy, I was joking around with a friend of mine at work and said in passing 'Be cool if there was a rock you could find with the word Nomad on it' ; )
At first I didn't believe that the trophy was named after my channel, I thought it just meant 'Wander' as he is a lonely nomadic character (which is what I based my channel name after). Later when I visited Bluepoint studios I was hit with another huge revelation that my channel name was in the end credits, and that the relics quest was an homage to it - just blew my mind as it's such a small channel in the grand scheme of RUclips! But I like to think of these nods from Bluepoint as much to the awesome community of SotC fans as to my channel, which is there because of the great support I have garnered over the years. So it's a success for all of us is what I am saying! You'll also notice that Bluepoint also mentions to the community of fans in the credits as well ; )
Nomad, please tell me you're doing some special to talk about the game and of course about the new discoveries so far. It's absolutely fantastic to be around a community that will never die, Sotc is life.

As of today July 9th, 2020, I have 59,700 subs! This is after 11 years of work! I hope one day to hit the 100K subs mark, but that seems a very long way off... in fact not really possible. Even my most popular video has not yet reached 1 million views (983K from 7 years ago). So unless I get some new Preview version to dissect, I doubt I will ever reach my coveted 100K subs (sob!) Well, in any case it's been a grand adventure :)

Milkman Team Ico isn't even in the credits. They don't even mention that it's a remake. They just put Ueda in the "Supervisor" section, but that's all.

They should, but they didn't. They only mentioned themselves, Sony and Japan Studio, but the original devs aren't a part of Japan Studio anymore. Not a single time they mentioned "Team Ico" or "genDESIGN" in the credits.
It's just Ueda as their "supervisor" at the very end (even though he wasn't participating in the remake, he tried and sent them a list of changes, but it's obvious that they only took inspiration from Nomad, they even siad that themselves that 90% of their research was done by using Nomad's blog)
C Hamann I did find it odd that there was no special thanks to Team Ico or genDESIGN but oh well. Its not like SOTC is so niche that people don't know.
Honestly Nomad, the most amazing thing is your dedication. You've been doing videos for all of Team Ico's games for how long now? Many would have stopped before you.
Yes, I guess you could say I am obsessed! But my long years of dedication have finally paid off! A trophy and my channel name in the credits of the PS4 remake! Just delve into a topic for nine years and you will eventually see results! xD.
I've platinumed the game so I've seen both the trophy and the credits. I've loved the content you make for awhile now, and seeing the trophy admittedly made me fanboy a bit, kinda like seeing you'd responded did. Huge fan, and I'm ready for even more amazing content!

I'm not gonna lie, Nomad...these videos are very hard for me to watch. This game means more to me than any in the entire world. You tackle so many topics that fuel me, so many questions I'm begging to be answered. And it's hard for me to watch them without getting emotional. I love what you do. I hope you upload more. I don't comment much, but I really just want you to know how much your work means to me. Your dedication is extremely inspiring to me. You'll crack this mystery someday. I'm still on the mission of finding all the enlightenments in the PS4 version, but I'm not sure I will ever do it with the limited time I have everyday. But the PS2 version resonates with me so much...the music truly brings me back to happier days. Thank you for reminding me that life isn't as bad as I perceive it.

It's not a big deal for me if this remastered game don't have anything to offer aside from better graphics. The game is more beautiful than ever. If you jump a bit earlier off the cliff you can slide down and land on top of quadratus during the cutscene
