20:08 Good Lord that’s terrifying, it’s like that scene from Finding Nemo when Dory & Marlin are arguing and not realising a huge blue whale is slowly swimming behind them.
The sound of the stomping gradually getting louder as the colossus gets closer is so freaky 😬 Quadratus was extra creepy, approaching with the two little blue dots of his eyes
Malus's old death is where he falls, kneels, and drops flat dead, doing the flop, and his dress just is connected to his waste, making a funny death model, Nomad Colossus had something about the colossi.
I can literally feel the suspense in some of these. Quadratus' stomp down was epic. Basaran coming into the cave was amazing and creepy to watch. Barba was creepy watching him stare you down.
5:29 Gaius, still the scariest colossus in my opinion. That moment when you realize he is most likely going to beat the shit out of you with his stone sword
I notice that kuromori and basaran are the only colossi’s that fires at you when they get the chance if they see you and kuromori just shoots his poison or fire(whatever it is)at you even if your invisible to him,I also like how he hissed like a snake but he is a lizard colossi😂😂😂😂I also like how cenobia is just wondering around like a lost puppy trying to find his owner until your visible to him also I didn’t know Avion can lower his wings after he lands on his standing-porch while wearing the invisible cloak
I remember this was how a lot of us experienced this game. RUclipsrs today don’t really take time to grasp the atmosphere of this game. Because of people’s attention spans falling below goldfish standards, they just straight up run towards them, especially the first colossus. I remember the first time I saw Valus. My mind was disturbed with fear. I immediately took out my bow and arrow, and just kept staring at the beast. The way it walked, the birds circling around its head. I pulled an arrow, and shot him from the distance. Having it turn around slowly, while his eyes changed to a fiery amber is one the most gut-wrenching experiences I’ve ever felt in gaming. Even in PS2 Graphics, it sent a cold shiver down my spine. Most gamers today don’t get as immersed in game. Like, they know they are playing a game, so death won’t really mean anything, just a restart at max. But back in late 2000s (when I played the game), I remember most of the online consensus was similar to my feelings. They actually felt life-threatening fear the moment we saw a colossi approaching.
Would be awesome if someone could do a whole playthrough without the music playing. I adore most of the game's tracks, but it would have such a different atmosphere without the battle music in the background.

Giant monster sounds to study/relax to
13:54 scared the fuck out of me Holy shit I didn’t know he hit the walls! I always just jumped on his beard right away !
The sound of the stomping gradually getting louder as the colossus gets closer is so freaky 😬
Quadratus was extra creepy, approaching with the two little blue dots of his eyes
The 2004 demo Quadratus eyes were more creepy.

National Geographic at its finest
1:51 that was creepy how that colossi just turns to where you're at
lol it is creepy
I feel kinda bad for malus because all he can do is stand there with arm up, with feet flex glued to the floor
Thanks for the heart dude!
And he watched all other colossi die, he might've known his end was near.
It sucks too, because it even works underwater!
Don't be, after all, the colossi are automatons, and they are all "asleep" or in an inactive state until Wander gets close enough to them.
Malus's old death is where he falls, kneels, and drops flat dead, doing the flop, and his dress just is connected to his waste, making a funny death model, Nomad Colossus had something about the colossi.
Kinda love how Quadratus just goes out of his way to walk to you on the rocks then BAM. stomp on ya
lol thanks
Great seeing that the colossi wouldn't have much to do in their free time.
Man, watching these Colossi wander around is amazing
36:40 what the fuck I'm a looking at
This so something I didn't know I needed until I went to sleep listening to this

Barba:
👁👄👁
Wander:
🖕
Never realized how Argus sounds like a distorted man groaning, spooky
Well he is known as the gorilla colossus, so it kinda makes sense
When gaius turns around you can literally see him looking at wander even tho wander is invisible
I can literally feel the suspense in some of these. Quadratus' stomp down was epic.
Basaran coming into the cave was amazing and creepy to watch. Barba was creepy watching him stare you down.

finally someone that doesnt think dirge is the scariest
@@bonk747klmhey Dirge & Gaius aren’t the only scary ones.
There’s Argus, Basaran, Hydrus & Malus.
Celosia and Phalanx are like: Don't mind me, just passing through.
kuromori's sorority was much more impactful on PS2, the PS4 version left something to be desired 😢
I think it's amazing how this game makes me feel small
Amazing work! The only downside is that there are no timestamps for each colossi
Ans
Omg avion 😭😭😭😍😍😍😍
I wonder what it looks like and sounds directly like for valus to throw his club at you?
hahaha i like how you put the cloak on for the video 😂😂😂
I notice that kuromori and basaran are the only colossi’s that fires at you when they get the chance if they see you and kuromori just shoots his poison or fire(whatever it is)at you even if your invisible to him,I also like how he hissed like a snake but he is a lizard colossi😂😂😂😂I also like how cenobia is just wondering around like a lost puppy trying to find his owner until your visible to him also I didn’t know Avion can lower his wings after he lands on his standing-porch while wearing the invisible cloak
lizards and snakes are reptiles so it's normal for kurumori to make that sound!
@@obivansantos2505 ah make sense but Kurumori is like a mixture of different lizards, one of them being a bearded dragon lizard or a spiny lizard
Actually kuromori sounds like a crocodile.

"Nah, killing these guys is too depressing. I'll just stick to documenting them instead." - Wander, probably.
I never knew that trees can be knocked over by Colossi.
Great!

Whoa momma
Hey look it's valus again only this time with a great big bushy beard
