Excellent video! I was having 260 cholesterol and my daughters were very worried. My friend suggested me to use "cholesterol" mobile app which motivated and helped me to have good foods. Within 1 month, my cholesterol reduced to 220 now and my family is happy! Thank you!
Taraji I made the puri's today...I had a few problems...1st the rounds got stuck on the rolling pin, and the platform..can we use a pinch of dry flour as we do for Roti? If no how can I prevent it from sticking as I am rolling....the 1st batch of 8 puris which I baked for 15 mins at 360 F turned out brown and very crisp....so the next 2 batches I made at 350 F and took them out after 10 mins they turned out golden, but were till very crisp...are they supposed to be crisp or did mine turn out crisp as I rolled them out as thin as possible..also I forgot to turn them once while baking...they tast good.
Firstly make sure the dough is stiff..If the dough is stiff you will not need any flour to do the rolling..Even if the stick put a little oil on the puri to roll it out.. Secondly yes, the puris are supposed to be crisp, which is perfect.. Finally make sure to turn the once in between so they are cooked on both the sides evenly..
Hello Taralji this recipe sounds great. A quick question Can I use Soya bean flour instead of whole wheat flour? if not can I add some amount of it, let me know how much.
