Funnily enough there used to be a speed addict/dealer that lived in my old area that used to held out that long he ended up dying before being offered the right price. He could use his sound system on max and stash drugs in neighbouring vacant flats but if found he could never get in trouble because it’s not his property. Being the crazy speed freak he was he probably had 100 stashes that went down with the building

If anything, compulsory purchase laws should be forcing developers to offer, say, 10% above that market rate as a starting point!
