  • This video is about the traditional Chinese meridian clock and the 12 channels. If we live our lives according to the natural rhythm of Qi flow, we can maintain our health easily. The meridian clock explains the best time to eat, sleep, drink and exercise for our body to rest and function fully.

    I am having NET therapy, which draws heavily from Chinese medical cultures, the pulse, yin and yang, clearing meridians.... It seems like a bunch of weird hoopla, BUT it's really been helping, and much quicker than traditional therapy.

    Thanks .for displaying the channels on the two sides. I had doubt even now whether needle or pressure points to be applied on both sides for liver gallbladder spleen and heart channels.kindly also enlighten whether break fast or any eatables not to be consumed between 9 am to 11 am.it is not practical to follow for today's generation busy schedule.

    Great explanations, few area Chinese medicine don’t address individually, they combined with others are adrenals, very important to support the kidneys and most hormones are produced there.
    Other major one is lymphatic systems which your sewage system, without properly moving them, all systems will be backed up and created heat/fire.
    You can use the chart illustrated where meridians travel

    La cuestión aquí es saber la HORA REAL respecto de la hora oficial de cada país o región, aparte de que desde 1973 la cambian 2 veces al año, con el cuento del
    ' ahorro de energía' , para confundir más aún la vida de las gentes...

    I have a question.
    In the old sources of Chinese medicine, did they refer to clock hours? Or times of the day like sunrise, morning, noon, afternoon, sunset, etc.?

    Hello. I recall a meditation class at a bhuddist temple teaching us NOT to meditate during 11am-1pm. Time of the heart. Why is this? For my personal schedule I actually want to meditate during this time. What are the harms of meditating during this time period? And can I do it during this time?

      My body also loves to meditate at this time! It is the time I can rest on the couch for a little while and still my thoughts.

    hi just want to ask, u mention stomach fire n heart fire (6:04). What is that?

    • @PictureHealer
      @PictureHealer  5 лет назад +2

      Hi, Stomach fire and Heart fire are terms in Chinese medicine. It is an excess condition caused by eating too much greasy, junk food, or by excess emotions such as anger, anxiety, stress and so on. Thanks for asking.

    • @TranTek
      @TranTek 5 лет назад +2

      The term fire or heat Chinese medicine refers to means that organ is over loaded causing heat to build up, western term is more like toxin built up, shifting to overdrive.
      There are two type of heat/fire, one by over eating toxic food (fried, greasy etc), that can be taken care of by term cooling by drinking or eating cooler food like green veggie, ie cucumbers, etc chlorophyll or wheat grass works very well cleansing the blood.
      2nd is lack of sleep heat can only be cooled down from longer good sleep, taking above cooling food makes it worse in long run, don’t try to use herb to cool it, it will cause more heat to build up and more issue.

    I keep waking up between 11pm to 3am with my heart racing, fast pulse, and high blood pressure. I do have a fatty congested liver and gallstones. I’m so afraid to do gallbladder surgery.

      Notice How It's all connected... Gallbladder and liver are connected, one's health affects the other's health, and their special times are from 11 pm to 3 am respectively. They are also affected by intense anger emotions - even worse if supressed. And their health is depleted if the person is awake at that time, and by late night eating - even worse if it's hard to digest. About the waking, there are several factors at play, like the level of stimulation/activity at night (includes stimulant substances). There is also a connection between the heart and that 11pm time, as that time is described as a special "negative" time of the heart. In that body clock theory, one organ's special time is also the special negative time of the organ that is exactly opposite on the other end (or in terms of time, over 12 hours). So the heart is opposite to gallbladder. Your heart is also unhealthy and It's reacting that way.
      In my case, i constantly wake up around 3-4am to piss, and that is the lungs time, which is the opposite to kidneys time, so it's like the "weakest" time of the kidneys. That happens when im not overhydrated. I'm already aware that i have unhealthy kidneys function. It's just not something bad (yet).

      The thing is that chinese medicine's theory and method traces down and pinpoint illnesses from a much earlier point than modern western medicine, before significant signals are shown in standard clinical exams. So in theory they can check the subtle (and some less subtle) alterations in the body that, when sufficiently aggravated, caused the illness that can be verified by clinical exams.
