LOST - The Temple Panic

In the LOST season six premiere, the people residing at The Temple find out that Jacob has died, resulting in a panic. The Temple is put into lockdown mode, and we see one of the inhabitants covering the entrances with a form of "ash" to keep the man they all fear out.
