Very big beaver dam. Actually in this channel there are 9 dams. All those dams causes the wet fields around. It should be on my menu often

I think you should look for Muskrats, too. Both beavers and muskrats build stuff in water around here in Montana that I've seen with my own eyes.

It makes me want to go panning some gold. I would like to do a few test pans behind the dam to see if any gold fell out.
I do like your videos. PLEASE get something for the microphone for the wind noise. I dont think they cost to much. Hearing the water is so pleasant.

If you haven't that much problem with beavers then you need to set up tree stands and shoot him in dark or trap them and get rid of them

Have you tried other tools, and maybe have a better design.
I've tried. Rake is best so far. Mini excavator would be better for sure, but not yet :)
Just young beaver at the first dam making repairs. The adults are not to far away. I hope you can find a trapper or two to start thinning them out, until you push them to an area where they don't interfere with people you have great amounts of content.
