Just a suggestion why not get as far down as you can get with mini excavator and reach out as far as possible to the other side of dam and drag to you . That way remove more of the dam and can back up and still clear it out. That was a suggestion from a person with 25 years running mini excavator. Showed to neighbor and was his suggestion.
missed a few months again...hospitalized for multiple sclerosis elaspe again this time had 2 relapses..once at home and another in hospital. but i still enjoy your videos!!
You took the words out of my fingers. I'm not a big fan of a tractor for most beaver dams. When appropriate, they can bust a dam, bigtime. I'd really hate to break one though.
What ever you buy you will need an extra 2 to 3 meters of reach so that you can safely dig out those beaver dams starting on the far side of the dam and working backwards.
If this is in Europe, which it looks like, it is funny that the naturalists want to release beavers but they don't have to clear up the mess that beavers make. Looks like a good tool for the job that you now have to do with beaver dam destruction.
The excavator should "win" every time except a) this one has about the smallest bucket imaginable and b) the operator just obviously isn't comfortable getting close to the edge of the water.
Nice the Green machine is very nice whit the telescoop arm but the bucket has to turn 180degree and the Kubota is also nice but his arm is to short if you can find a machine whit telescooparm and the cabine have to turn 360degree
I think the backhoe was one of those "we'll make it work," and it was so-so. On the 3rd dam, I don't understand why he left more than half of the dam in place. The 2nd video ... well ... that "machine," whatever it was, simply wasn't very well suited for the job. I'm guessing that's all they had, perhaps? What they need is an excavator that I saw used in another video of yours. It was a very long reach excavator with a WIDE bucket. That guy knew what he was doing! I still enjoyed watching!!! Stay safe!
At about the 15:00 mark you mentioned the operator is not professional for this but in my very experienced and actual expert opinion he has done a great job using the incorrect tool.
it looks more interesting watching you break the dams. the machines kind of take away that excitement of watching the dams burst. Maybe they can go in after the water goes down and clean up better.
Greetings from the BIG SKY. Let's see about this machine. I think you deal with your beaver dams better by hand than machine. Maybe it's the size of the dams or the knowledge of the equipment operators. It would be interesting to find out how expensive a rig like that costs to run and move.
another good one, when you start getting monetized, you should get yaself a Kubota like in this video, maybe a size bigger?now i havent watched the full video yet, thats a brand new one ? yours? i hope, ok back to the vid!!!
Wow that was cool. Can't wait till you get your excavator. You really need a bucket that has a thumb or a claw so that you can lift up the sticks without dropping them.
Bit of a dumb thing to do. You were fortunate enough to have a beaver pond and you destroyed it. If you want to control the water level, install a beaver deceiver and keep the pond. There are so many benefits from beaver ponds.
The man running the piece of equipment does not know how to run a equipment you need to find me another guy freaking to run the equipment whoever he works for
Fundraiser link for mini excavator: gofund.me/fedeb0c2. Thank You very much!
Thanks for sharing Mantas 👍🏼
I enjoy watching these videos more then when you do it by hand.
He is smart to use the bucket to help himself to get traction.
Thank you for the videos. I find them relaxing. And your English is very very 👍 good.
More satisfying to watch you take down the beaver dams Mantas!

Operator was shy to make it..
Enjoyed watching, thank you for posting ❤️🦘🦘🦘❤️
I think the red one 😊❤🇬🇧
Make me understand the reason for digging a ditch in the bank on the edge of the beaver dam and leaving the dam in place.
They couldn't reach out far enough to get the dam, making a bigger hole lets out more water
Nice video! The operator is doing a great job!

Nice clearing!
Greetings from the BIG SKY. You're calling it right, he's a rookie, but good, too.
Quite a machine
wow good job keep going
may not be the best tool but you use what you got
What ever you buy you will need an extra 2 to 3 meters of reach so that you can safely dig out those beaver dams starting on the far side of the dam and working backwards.
extending reach and a thumb on the bucket.
i perfer you doing it by hand, but you need to do what is best for you and yours.
nice!! thanks for this!!!!
If only the mini excavator had the bucket of the telemachine!
Muy rápido con la máquina, queda limpio de tantos palos secos, lo felicito por su buen trabajo 👍
Greetings from the BIG SKY of Montana. The machine is powerful, I think your way works better.
Good luck!
Great job 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Nice job!

Yes, You’re right;)

Good drain of canal for fields 😊

On voit qu’il n’as pas l’habitude de cette machine 😢

My best friend, Enjoyed watching this video my friend Really awesome views Thank you Stay connected
Bravo !!
The excavator with the big rake was not the right piece of equipment for this area. The driver also didn’t seem very experienced with it.
Looks like he’s training.
Good job
Mini excavator need larger excavator with reach
It is not smart to start digging on the same sidemas the machine. You are taking away the ground for working on the other side of the river: Amatør.
This guy has no idea how to run a excavator.
👍👍👍👍👍

❤❤❤
Good job!
I think I agree with you that the tractor with the tires is no match for these dams,..they need the excavator with the tracks,..,..
👍👍👏👏

I am ok with hands, but sometimes it's quite exhausting.
supr work brother
Some do less damage than others? The track seem less prone to getting stuck? Your method more environmentally friendly. An opinion anyway.
Brother, I want to say that remove all the weeds around it and make a complete dam.

Why leave all the crap at the side of the water they will be back to rebuild as soon as your back is turned
They won’t reuse same material.
I WOULD REATHER SEE THE MANUAL REMOVEL OF THE DAMS BECOUSE THEY ARE REMOVED COMPLEATLY AND MORE CLEANER , AND LESS TORN UP LAND.
Now he’s just showing off… Lol

No, that's not an option😎
Have you heard about natural water retention in the environment?
If das are good for environment, why destroy them?

Good video as always, little easier on you, doing it this way.keep it up 😎😎😎👍👍👍🦫🦫🦫
🇨🇦🦫❤️That was fun. I missed the dams rolling over but I understand the need for the more efficient methods. It was entertaining.
The poor beavers worked for weeks building a home for their families. Wiped out in minutes. Maybe someone will demolish your home .
