The best part is you can have so much fun in a smaller area and not have to chase it everywhere. An then they’re durable as heck. Way more affordable hobby at this size. You can have the big RC’s that’s fine but sometimes it’s just so expensive and time consuming maintenance. The smaller aspect is fun.
Looks like fun. I'm in Muskegon and love crawling so this LMT is the 1st basher. I ordered the S.O.D.on the 28th of November and waiting on December 28th???? for mine to arrive. Purchased thru Amain, arrrrgh hate the waiting period for it to arrive. May c u sometime @ Reaction Hobby sometime. Great video. Keep on truck'n!
Im sooooo pumped to have my kid open the LMT mini on christmas! hopefully the weather holds for us to play with it on the sombrero speedway! if not im gonna have to make a playground inside the shop!
If it was here in California & it was 49 degrees people would be wearing jackets & bundled up 😂 It was in the low to mid 60s & people thought it was cold.
I like my Grom. I do wish it had a little more torque for wheelies. Will the mini lmt do wheelies easy? Waiting on the call from the hobby store for mine any day!
I'm typically a 1/6 scale guy myself, but i am looking forward to the Mini LMT. Just not happy it comes with a G2 propriotary battery. It is what it is though and i was already considering a charger that does G1 and G2 batteries. I know eventually (aside from the one with the Mini LMT) i will end up with G2 batteries and will need their charger. I have a charger that does all types of batteries, but it wont do Traxxas batteries without that silly adapter so i keep the old Traxxas charger around. Same will be said about the G2 equipment. 1 thing though is it is nice not having to worry about the balance lead somehow ending up in a moving part. That being said, i have not had that issue in the years ive been in the hobby, but one day it will probably happen. I tether or squeeze the balance leads either in the strap, or out of the way in another fashion so ive been pretty good about that issue.
I’d rather have the son of a digger, but I just got the 53 Chevy CO E custom hauler and trailer moneys a little tight right now . As always appreciate you sharing I’ll be watching for more 👍👍😎
LOL can confirm being a Michigander myself its cold out already. good stuff bro cant wait for my lmt mini to show up and to see some of the crazy stuff you do with yours
Do you think people will go brushless for the smoother power band i feel like if you dial back the power it would work ...but what systems to use is the question 🤔
I like the mini LMT but it requires monster trucks ramps, it really isn't that good as a general basher but is so awesome from what it looks in the videos in its monster truck stunts. The only dilemma is should I go for the LMT or mini LMT. The price is such that there is a dilemma as far as what your are getting, the durability and cost of maintenance. Maybe you can share your opinion? A comparison of the two LMTs please?
That little LMT looks like a Walmart toy bouncing around on friction shocks out there and rolling over. I have a LMT King Sling and like it but i cannot see how making it smaller and slower would help. The LMT being on sale for $529 right now makes the little one look even worse.
I’m not against the mini LMT. I do think it’s too much for what it is. To me it’s dam near the Smasher, but the biggest thing that is starting to piss me off with Losi/Arrma/Axial, is we keep asking for bigger and they go smaller. How long have we been asking for a 1/5 LMT, a 1/5 Mojave or limitless, and they deliver things like this, the smaller Mojave, and that stupid bike they put out. What give man?
@@alankowalski8781 You are snorting something bro. Do you understand how scale works? The ProMoto is 20.2 inches in length. Since it is 1/4 scale you multiply the length of the ProMoto by 4 making 80.8 inches and the average dirtbike is about 7 feet or 84 inches. You mean to tell me 4 inches is enough to say it is not 1/4 scale? 4 inches in your draws might make a difference, but not in the world of RC.

These are perfect in the area that I’ve got the track. Great for small areas for sure
This was the cutest bash session I've ever seen.
😂 it was definitely a mini bash. Small/scale jumps
I can't wait to get my hands on a baby lmt
Nice little minis but nothing looks better than the LMT!
I agree. It’s definitely a welcome addition
I'm ready for the baby LMT to start shipping to customers.
They are AWESOME TRUCKS.
There both awesome but definitely need the mini lmt❤
Same
I sure hope they make a mini king sling n mud boss.. would be epic
can't wait to get a mini lmt, they look like a lot of fun. been enjoying the mini scene lately, the Grom is a tough little nugget
I love the little lmt.

Very cool! You are just down the road. These were definitely in demand. Hopefully you’ll get it on time

Lmt mini all the way! The grom needs a brushless system! 😁👍🔥 awesome video!

Awesome Tony watching Monday morning 5:38 A.m. before work
I’m getting ready to put a brushless set up in my grom. Just need some more punch Lol! It is a fun little truck
I’ll be curious how the diffs like that

any news on a slightly updated normal LMT yet?
LMt has a 25T vs 28 in the grom. May be the reason for the speed difference
Remember those ramp tutorials? I need to try and figure out how to scale those for 1/18

I would say it needs to be a bit faster but I think to much power & it would just be out of control & roll over a lot more.
I love the Monster truck but unless you have or can make a track like yours it would have minimal use unless it’s your only RC.
I wonder if the LMT mini tires would fit on the grom ?
Great video💪👌
Since you are a powerful influencer…….. I’d love to see an will purchase 1/5 scale LMT. Please sway losi
love that mini lmt gotta get one someday to be next to his bigger brother lol awesome video tony
I love the LMT. My father in law and I ordered one to dink with in the yard and garage. Great and fair comparison!
That should be a blast
Could the LMT tires fit on the Grom ??
I love my mini lmt
Glad to hear it
@@CCxRC thanks man I love your channel

I gotta fix my groms, damn plastic diff couplers
Tony are you still in the va beach area? I’m on vacation in Williamsburg and brought several rcs with me. Would love to link up if possible. Thanks.
👋Hi I’m from Florida. I just wanted to say that 49 degrees and T-shirts do not go together.
I think for the fun of it and the cost the grom is the way to go... nothing against Losi but thats to much for the mini LMT.
I’m gonna wait a year or so have bought to many rcs in recent months
I ordered 2 in one week myself. The Axial SCX6 and the Losi Mini LMT. Definitely done for at least a month XD.
DOES LITTLE GROM GET HOT

I actually like the bike and it's a 1/4 scale. You asked for bigger, isnt 1/4 scale bigger? 😜
@@SebastianLong it really isn’t 1/4 scale though, it’s really small, and that bike sucks. I give them credit for trying something new, but it sucks
@@alankowalski8781 it is 100% 1/4 scale. Measure its dimensions and compare them to a dirtbike. 1/4 the length, width and height.
@@SebastianLong nope not even close, a mini bike maybe, but even if it is, it’s still small and it sucks

The grom looks like every other 1/18 scale. Nothing special
