I personally would have sanded as I went, as well as stained 2 good coats as I went so inner butting boards were also stained. So much easier to stain & add sealer while in pieces. I like a bigger picnic table, although heavy I’d make so 4 adults can sit on each side w/no one straddling center support legs. Plus at least a board wider at table top. There’s never enough room on picnic tops. I also put a stone under each leg to avoid direct contact to the ground, it will last so much longer from rot on leg feet. Nice build! Thx
@@msplum3306 thank you for those insightful comments 🙏 Part of the reason I do these videos is to get better at this craft and to hear from others how to do just that🙂 I’ll definitely be taking the advice 💯 Especially the stone idea… that’s brilliant! Have a great night

Nice build buddy, just an idea, but instead of finger screwing to start the screws after predrilling, use a hammer and give 1 or 2 taps. Looks good 👍
Excellent job my friend. I might have to build one for myself, after watching your video. Nice work.
Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment! Very much appreciated 💯😁
