I disagree, the whole show demonstrated they were basically inept. Magnified when Logan died and they were completely incapable of holding it together.
They treat the company like their playground. The way they want CEO position is like kids who want the toys so badly. Espscially how Kendall revealed that he got promised the CEO position since he was 7 years old in a candy store. First of all, that sounds sad and pathetic because deep down, Kendall didn't realize he was groomed by Logan to get the position so his life is all about get the CEO position and the other part of his life is meaningless. Second of all, the candy store part is just sounds weird, is that even neccessary? Third of all, I don't think any 7 years old kid even know what the word CEO mean. Did Logan even explain to Kendall what CEO did at that time? Logan also made mistakes to promise them the CEO position one by one so they all really want it so bad. He made Kendall got out of the rebab too early, he has no idea that Roman doesn't have leadership quality even though he's a good negotiator and also kept flirting with Gerri, one of his top dogs and he even made Shiv who had a good career as political consultant to quit her job. They are indeed not serious people.

Kendall busting in there with MASSIVE big brother energy.
He is the eldest boy

It's funny Caroline talking about her affliction for eyes when the title of the episode is "With Open Eyes".
being revolted by eyes kind of says a lot, doesn’t it
How's that
@@KyanNezhad the eyes are the window to the soul.
Huge board meeting!
This is probably the only time we see Caroline act like a mother
And she only brought them there so her husband could pitch them a scam
@@knurdyob And Greg unintenionally saved them from that boring pitch by calling Kendall about Mattson's plan to not having Shiv as CEO.
If they all ran it together, the company could have thrived. But they ambitions and egos got them

All that money and everyone is miserable.
It's a fantasy.
Someone wears a brown hat. They are miserable. Brown hats make people miserable.
Did Greg tell Kendall that Roman and Shiv were in Barbados or did Kendall just guess?
Yep
Why did they let Liv say "yeah" so many times
Shiv says it almost at the end of every sentence, yeah?
@@mr.thunder1219you’re right she says “yeah” quite a lot
