Honestly I’m thinking Zooble just opted not to go on this adventure. They were annoyed about being roped into the GLOINKS adventure so maybe in this episode they put their foot down and Caine obliges, letting them stay in the tent.
This became true in the episode itself.
I think the one of wavy Pomni looking frightened at the camera takes place during her nightmare. That wavy effect is often used for dreams, and well... she looks terrified, so there's that, too.
Also when Jax pulls out the gun, he has his finger on the trigger.

I am expecting this gun to immediately be lost when Jax tries to shoot it while holding it out the window.

@@catbatrat1760 Hmmm, it is likely to be either no recoil or it is an unrealistic amount of recoil. I think it is an unrealistic amount of recoil.
One little note: It's not a cliff the truck is falling over. The Fudge Monster appears to be the ENTIRE area of fudge and is actually lifting up the truck in a single and and tipping it into his gaping maw. This would be why it's such a "slow" fall.
If the truck is subsequently swallowed by the Fudge monster and Jax is the only one who falls off of it an escapes, it likely means that he's "sad" because he has to go to Gummygoo and his cronies for help to get everyone back.
This of course would likely be to get the Key back and not the actual people currently imprisoned in Fudge Monster's fudgy stomach.
So the fudge monster is kind of like the Mr. Greedy ( I think that was his name? ) fudge monster from the Raggedy Ann and Andy movie? First Ragatha’s design and character, then Jax’s voice, now this! Gooseworx must really like Raggedy Ann and Andy, but I’m not complaining. Raggedy Ann and Andy are great.
Simply can’t wait for this. I bet that the Candy Canyon Kingdom will immediately be a fan favorite setting.
I feel like Jax is like Angel Dust. Not just because they were voiced by the same actor but I feel like Jax is sadistic and sarcastic on the surface but is actually very insecure.

the only way a character can abstract every episode is if it's a one-off thats meant to die, like DON'T FEED THE HUMANS
Completely unfounded theory: the fudge monster is some Candylander who has abstracted (prior to the episode).
Slightly more founded theory: the princess abstracts, causing Pomni's reaction.
I don’t think NPCs can abstract since Kaine made them and probably deletes them or pauses them after the adventure

I'm really excited to see what's in store for TADC crew in the Candy Canyon Kingdom! But I have to say the one shot in the teaser with Jax sitting poking at the ground shows a side that we haven't seen yet from him that I find interesting.
Simply can’t wait for this

It's about humans trapped in a sort of like virtual computer game where they're forced to play along with Ringleader Caine- the tooth guy- or else lose their minds, becoming pulsing Eldritch horrors, and not be able to participate in the fun. So all of the main cast- Pomni, Jax, Ragatha, Gangle, Kinger, Zooble- they're humans and everyone else is a defect AI.
It may just be a coincidence but the whole thing about non-important characters being mannequins strongly reminds me of the series ENA, which also explores a strange digital setting. I don’t think the two worlds are connected but if they were that would be SO cool!

Following up on this, I think Jax might have yeeted pomni as a surprise attack, and the shocked gator was him realizing pomni is about to ambush him

Also, episode 3 was said to be the Zooble episode, and Gooseworx wouldn't say that Zooble'd have a slightly different look every episode only to put in the just the first 2. So I don't quite think that theory would make sense...

Gangle isn’t abstracting for at LEAST 5 episodes so yea other than that i think this is a pretty good theory
Fun fact: Jax has a candy shotgun in the teaser, meaning that he either ends up giving it to Kinger, Kinger takes it from Jax, or Jax misplaces the shotgun and Kinger finds it and pockets it. Either situation ends up in Kinger beating up what looks like and could be Pomni

I feel one possible reason for zooble missing could be a few things:
Perhaps they were captured or eaten by the fudge monster and the reason the gang are trying to search for it is to get them back. Another reason could be that zoobles parts got scattered or something similar to the pilot or ep 1
Or Mostlikely And sadly:

Zooble might not be in the episode because they generally refuse to participate in adventures (unless they are dragged into it like it happened in the pilot). Also the point of the adventure might be retrieving maple syrup for Caine.
How's pomni supposed to be having a nightmare if the residents of the digital circus can't sleep? What if she's hallucinating out of her unstable mental condition after the first day on the circus?
They actually can sleep! In one teaser we see Pomni sleeping in her bed. I think they just don't have to sleep.
Do you think Jax was responsible for them falling towards the Fudge Monster? After what you analyzed, you can see him leaning on the front of the truck and then later on, you see him trying to hold onto the same part of the truck to prevent himself from being eaten.
Maybe the “sad scene” you see later is because…
A. He feels guilty for almost causing everyone to die
B. He was saved by someone and is upset from looking vulnerable (ex: You can see Ragatha trying to negotiate with the monster)
C. They were willing not to save him and he felt like nothing (look at Gooseworx’s “I’m nothing” post about episode 2 to learn more).
How are we not gonna mention the gummy gator taunting like it's pizza tower?
Oh, a Candy Kingdom episode! These are usually wild, with a hint of sadness.
The two gators look so adorable, though!
"Pomni looking rubbery" has to be the start of her nightmare before waking up.
I think Zooble probably didn't want to go, considering their annoyed expression in the trailer and the fact that Caine acknowledges how much they hate participating in adventures in the pilot. That's not to say that Zooble likely won't be in any adventures, but this one probably fit their character better to not go along with the rest of the gang

i think the weird chocolate monster's entire body is the chocolate. The monster's "hand" looks like it is pushing the truck down into the chocolate, uh, itself.
Looking closely, at the shot from inside Fudge Monsters mouth, it appears that instead of slipping off a cliff, the truck is being picked up out of the fudge and being held be an arm FM has manifested out of himself , much like The Greedy, so he can eat the truck.
Also, the blue balls guy is canonically named Orbsmann, as confirmed in a tweet by voice actor Bembo Davis, which also announces them as his VA. I think Goose retweeted that tweet a while back.

@@notrealnamenotatall2476 I also think the Mppep Syrup is the big mguffin they're delivering in the truck, that's why Gummigoo and his goons want to steal it, that's why FM tries to eat the truck. I think this because Caine and Bubble present it on the stage, just like when they introduced the Gloinks in episode 1, plus, it has a glowing aura when presented.
Happy Gangle and Raggy and Lilalu are the best things to look out for here!
It’s way too early in the show to set up these characters, to just then just kill them off so I really don’t see any main characters disappearing right now. Unless unless we see one character disappear from their perspective.

Yeah abstraction shouldn’t happen until season 2 if you need to include it your just ruining the dynamic and if you kill the important characters you get a game of thrones situation where there can be no satisfying ending

Not finished with this video yet but I'm so frikkin excited for episode 2, it's gonna be awesome, I just know it. Also, i posted a small review of the trailer on my channel too this morning. Well, it wasn't actually the whole trailer, it was only a few scenes that stood out to me, but it was still fun to talk about!

I think your dream sequence intro idea sounds right, but I wonder if that means something like Pomni is the only real person because she's the only one that can dream?
The animation work is amazing! Pun intended. It makes their world seem way more vast and lively! Im excited to see how ep 2 plays out!

The blue thing that kinda looks like a piece of candy looks a bit like the chibi ghost you brought up in the previous analysis to me! Maybe at the end of episode two there'd be some hint to the ghosts watching them to lead into episode 3?
Okay so I'm not the only who see Ragatha's interactions with the Candy Princess and sees a lesbian. And I mean considering she's inspired by Raggedy Ann, that's pretty much a given.
Nah, I was picking up on that too, especially when she curtsies to the princess, and the copious amount of time they spend together in the trailer.
The elephant is most likely a reference to the gummy elephant meme from a couple years ago

one thing that the trailer didnt show other then jax is this episode will be about depression. We didnt see that much other then the 2 sec of jax looking vulnerable. There might be more then meets the eye if what gooseworks said episode 2 will be about.

Alrighty, so as a hobbyist animator, this show actually looks great. The characters look adorable and I love the one gummy gator’s constant posing. I think you were noticing that they were using a combination of higher frame rates with other techniques like elasticity (although it’s hard to tell since I didn’t watch the first episode). I can tell you really have an eye for art, animation and story complexity with everything you caught and talked about. :D
What software are you using? I use Camtasia and the zooming and rewinding techniques felt really similar to that.
Tadc episode 2 is literally coming out in the same month as Furiosa a Mad Max saga. Its perfect timing

That would give her the sendoff she deserves while still abstracting in episode 2 if that guess was right. but again, goose did say zooble will change her look every episode and episode 3 is centered on her so i think she might be safe for now.

@@notrealnamenotatall2476 also, considering goosworx has stated that her favorite zooble design is in episode 4 and that episode 3 is zoobles episode, i doubt zooble will abtract off screen in episode 2. also if 1 character will abstract every episode that means there will be 2 new characters that have to be introcucd to get to the 8 episode mark (though i've also seen that there might be 9 episodes, so that would amount to 3 new characters), and considering kaufmo was gonna be part of the main cast, but was sarificed due to there being too many characters, i doubt there will more then 1 new character. also episode 2 would likley be too early to have someone abstract. what im trying to say is that the '1 character abstracts each episode' theory is unlikely to be true.
