M&L battle themes are bangers. TND hasn’t put out any “bad”(I.E not great) covers. Surely the two together will create some of the best music I’ve heard in all of(checks TND’s upload history) 3 days.

While listening to this I thought of translating some enemies into pokemon Goombule is normal-water (normal because goomba and water because it’s kinda jello like) (shiny variant is blue) It evolves into elite goombule (the blue one with the helmet) and it learns harden (shiny variant is green with golden helmet) Dried blooper is normal-flying (because it’s a flying enemy) while the bubble blooper is water-flying (shiny swap their colours) Tenderizer is probably normal type (it’s just meat and it’s shiny is inverted) and calorite is fire type (shiny is green) Napse are flying-electric (electric because of the projectiles they throw and their shiny could be the air napse) and the peps are normal type

i just finished this game for the first time pretty recently, and this has definitely grown to be one of my favorite battle themes in mario rpgs, so im glad to hear this!
This sounds like something you would hear in a Pokémon Black/White remake. Funny enough, there is already a Black/White remix of the boss theme, and it was the best rendition I’ve ever heard.

Wow, that's an absolutely fantastic arrangement, it's like you set out to punctuate the energy and excitement of the song first! Every instrument chosen fits perfectly, and the rythm guitar in the background only adds to the heart-pulsing excitement a battle theme is meant to give. This does such a better job at being a modern remake of this song than the official modern remake xD

While I personally prefer the accordion to the guitar because it keeps it goofy while also mixing in the fact that they're (New York) Italian, this is an EXCELLENT (See what I did there?) remix that would absolutely fit in as a remix-easter egg in an M&L sequel!!
