I own more gold that silver. My gold cost is 1000 usd while my silver cost is 22. I did sell all my silver 10 years ago at 38 from 11 and bought back lower. Silver has been an atrocious investment. It will likely continue to be. Gold will always move higher. This guy did a smart thing.

So what brings you both to Tel Aviv? I think Silver is going to explode if and when SHIF. IF your using gold in that scenario vs Silver to buy and trade, it's going to be very difficult. Silver bars and Rounds would be the currency of choice.
I have traded silver and an old broken gold chain for a nice 33 gram 14kt gold chain once and once again for a 12 gauge shotgun with a bunch of constitutional. It actually got a good friend of mine into stacking silver.

With the prices right now.. i could sell for melt and still make 20-30% .. probably will sell 90% of my stack because after 8 years I am done with it, there is nothing left to surprise me i guess..

No his not crazy , silver will never see new ATH and 7m happy I sold half of my silver stack years ago and bought more gold

The answer is no. If you want physical gold, one of the best ways to get it is to trade. You can also hold the same amount of wealth with less mass that way. I say that's a smart transaction.
