My son was just released from a behavioral/psych unit because he was suicidal/homicidal and it was the hardest thing I had to do....many emotions and this song just nails it.....for a mother you never want to miss what your child is going through and lose them so to those kids out there who are feeling suicidal or homicidal please please please your parents or someone is out there you can talk to, right or wrong, talk and scream if you have to....if I was not as strong as God made me things could have been different and we are still not out of the woods so thank you for posting this cause it nails it ....

the youth group of our church was camping last summer. and it was about 11 pm, because we decided it to be a "white night" (sleepless night" and while singing at the bonfire it started to rain so hard, and we went inside. and we were all watching the thunders outside while this song was playing. and it was such a great feeling. we have a powerful God, and we are on his side. we have nothing to worry about! I have been trying to get out of the grips of Satan. I been fighting since I was a teenagers. I been going through the motions, but I seem to fall back to the unholy one. idk what too do anymore I want to give up but something tells me I can't and I won't let you I am tired.
Use the power of God's word to get through anything. Speak it into your life and believe that He is enough. His love is perfect and His plan for your life is not difficult. He only asks that you love and trust Him over everything in this world, because when you do that, you will no longer feel like you are fighting an uphill battle, but you will know that the battle was already won when Jesus finished it all and took your punishment and pain at the cross. If you have given your life to Christ, you don't have to be in a war for your soul anymore. Your sins are forgiven and your life is redeemed. Once you believe that truth and accept it as truth, that is when you can start to focus on bigger things that you can do for the Kingdom of God. As long as you keep your eyes focused on yourself and your struggles, you will never understand what it is that God has already done and you won't move past how you think you can free yourself from evil or sin. What is critical to know right now is that you are in a battle that you don't have to fight or even accept. God wants you to come to Him exactly as you are! He isn't asking you to change anything other than your attention from your own problems and to put that attention on His promises for your life. He loves you as you are. He will change in you anything that needs changed. He will do it, so you don't have to worry about being taken away, because He already said in His word that no one will take you out of His hand. The only one that has the power to stop the blessings and protection on your life is you. The enemy has no power or authority over you anymore. Your life was paid in full by the precious blood of Jesus Christ. You will begin to grow into the person and life that God planned for you simply by trusting Him and growing in His word. Get the bible app and play it while you get ready every day. Listen to Psalms and the gospels until you know God's love is perfect and His grace is sufficient to sustain you always.
God will help you- cry out to Him! There is so special way to do it- you cry out to Him, and He listens. Open the Bible. Pray for the right passage. And He will do the rest. Trust Him. I'm here right now, and I was reading through the comments and all of a sudden I felt very, very alone. It used to be that I didn't really believe that God existed and i really was 'going through the motions', but then I really began to try and see what others were seeing. I looked back and I'm looking at myself now and I realize how many blessings he's given me. I realize that it's not about who's right or who's wrong, it's about... It's about loving the one who loves us unconditionally. Faith

i used to be bored of church and now i understand and listen. My mom would have to constantly tell me to turn around a listen to the pastor. i used to listen to horrible songs that sometimes cursed and now im interested to listen to christian songs. i want to have a closer relationship with god. Christ gave us his great commission - Go into the world and teach about Him. Not go into the world and argue or condemn those that don't agree or believe in false gods. Hi... I really need some prayers right now, not for me but for my fammily. This year has been very hard. So far my dads lost his job, and he has blood clots in his lungs, my mom and brother were recently in a car crash, a few mouths ago my house caught fire, my dog's died in my arms, and my oldest brother commited sucide recently. The songs help me a lot, and i know i will pull through. i just need someone to hear me, and pray for the rest of my fammily.
dear believers, remember the day before you asked Jesus into your heart. Think of how lost and alone,, empty you were. Life, had no meaning, just the same things over and over, another time around the wheel, trying to shove something into the emptiness inside. Before you by simple faith believed and asked Jesus into your hearts. That is the state of the those that don't know Him. They think we must be all imagining the same thing. Then remember, we never have to go back to the day before Jesus.

I will pray for you...My baby sister was only 15 when my dad committed suicide. My mom had a hard time keeping things together. My brothers took it even harder. We ended up helping her a lot. Don't forget to take care of yourself too during this time. A good youth group or student ministry group can be a supportive place to be when things at home get too intense. Church retreats helped me to recharge too. During those dark days, most of my prayers ended with "this too shall pass..."

Listen to Psalms and the gospels until you know God's love is perfect and His grace is sufficient to sustain you always.
God will help you- cry out to Him! There is so special way to do it- you cry out to Him, and He listens. Open the Bible. Pray for the right passage. And He will do the rest. Trust Him. I'm so sorry what your going through I have many mental problems and emotional disorders I know its a terrible feeling. But pray and if you can't say anything just say Jesus hold me I'm trying to tell you are loved you are so precious to God and always protected by his everlasting arms of warmth hope and love and you will and cast your cares on him and ask for renewed strength and healing and it is a storm your going through but He is the truth the life and the way and He is faithful and He will take your sorrows and I pray you will find courage to persevere through your trials. I'm here right now, and I was reading through the comments and all of a sudden I felt very, very alone. It used to be that I didn't really believe that God existed and i really was 'going through the motions', but then I really began to try and see what others were seeing. I looked back and I'm looking at myself now and I realize how many blessings he's given me. I realize that it's not about who's right or who's wrong, it's about... It's about loving the one who loves us unconditionally.

The pain is a test. How else do we learn? Do we learn by sitting in a corner? No. We learn by the pain we feel. God teaches us by giving us the pain and thus we grow up. I am 16, as I speek I am in a classroom, I am more mentaly mature than most of today's adults because God gave me the pain to motivate me.

This song, is so freaking incredible. Despite my living situation as someone that is homeless, this song brings me hope all the time. It teaches me the blessings he is pouring out through it. It is incredibly touching, and I always hear it on K-Love.
i used to be bored of church and now i understand and listen. My mom would have to constantly tell me to turn around a listen to the pastor. i used to listen to horrible songs that sometimes cursed and now im interested to listen to christian songs. i want to have a closer relationship with god. But we need to continue to bring other people to Christ. Especially our families. my grandfather i have no idea if he is a christian. please pray for him. i am glad i am a christian at young age.

Eating healthy.
Treating it the way it should be treated.
For our bodies and souls are a gift.

The Motions is an amazing song! When you apply Jesus in your life all the way, it is so much better! We can not survive this life, and be truly happy without Jesus guiding our everything. God loved us so much that He didn't want to see us destroyed so he sent His only Begotten Son to take Our Sin 'he suffered and bleed and through His precious blood' we are saved from Eternal death, To live with the Father who created all! The Beginning and the End! Isn't that AMAZING!

people ridiculing me for my faith, means nothing. They are no threat. Think of whose opinion really matters each moment in your lives and walks with Him. They don't see how real He is. How by His grace, you can draw near to Him. How He is constantly drawing us near to Him. What a comfort in sorrow and just the joy of everyday living with a God who gave everything for you. How precious you are to Him. So be encouraged, He is love and loves you!! There is nothing He can't see you through.He lives!

Great Song. Worshiping Christ is not a 'Religion', Christianity is not a 'Religion'. Being a Christian is knowing that you have a relationship with the living God. Christ gave us his great commission - Go into the world and teach about Him. Not go into the world and argue or condemn those that don't agree or believe in false gods. Let the Holy Spirit convict those that are not saved. Our job as Christians is to love everyone and tell of Christ's love for us.

Hi... I really need some prayers right now, not for me but for my fammily. This year has been very hard. So far my dads lost his job, and he has blood clots in his lungs, my mom and brother were recently in a car crash, a few mouths ago my house caught fire, my dog's died in my arms, and my oldest brother commited sucide recently. The songs help me a lot, and i know i will pull through. i just need someone to hear me, and pray for the rest of my fammily.

dear believers, remember the day before you asked Jesus into your heart. Think of how lost and alone,, empty you were. Life, had no meaning, just the same things over and over, another time around the wheel, trying to shove something into the emptiness inside. Before you by simple faith believed and asked Jesus into your hearts. That is the state of the those that don't know Him. They think we must be all imagining the same thing. Then remember, we never have to go back to the day before Jesus.
But it can mean something again. There've been many times that I've failed God miserably and have wanted to give up trying to life a Christian life, but He's shown me His grace & shown me that we just can't do it w/o Him. He has never left us alone, and He never will. He's reaching out for you right now, so please, accept Him and He'll change things for you and add meaning back to your life. He loves us, even when we're indifferent to Him.

I find it truely amazing that some individuals tend not to beleive in GOD and all his glory. I will pray for you...My baby sister was only 15 when my dad committed suicide. My mom had a hard time keeping things together. My brothers took it even harder. We ended up helping her a lot. Don't forget to take care of yourself too during this time. A good youth group or student ministry group can be a supportive place to be when things at home get too intense. Church retreats helped me to recharge too. During those dark days, most of my prayers ended with "this too shall pass..."
