We normally don't spend that kind of dough for meals on our cruises, but thanks to your review, I'm considering it! We have extra OBC in September...yeah very tempting, thanks as usual! The drinks were extra I'm assuming, included in Diamond Plus voucher??? Was there a wine paring for that money??? OK watched to the end and you said 7 drinks, so hey, that IS worth it!

Did the dinner start at 6:00PM? If so, what time did it end? How do you request substitutes for allergies, etc.? TY

It starts at 6:30PM. The request should be made in advance. The only way I know is onboard so once you onboard I would contact the dining host and you can explain youre dining in Empire and need to have substitutions.

Supposedly but it doesn’t seem to be noticeable. It’s just a bunch of standards. But it’s still a nice experience
