Thank you so much for shedding light on this issue. It has been a complete nightmare for me trying to get these videos taken down. I originally contacted RUclips in December when I realized this was happening to me and they were absolutely no help and basically just told me to report the videos (which was impossible half the time because I wasn’t being served the ads and only had screenshots from my subscribers). The issue still isn’t completely resolved because whoever is doing this keeps uploading new videos to different accounts and running them as ads. The ONLY thing that has worked so far in getting the videos taken down quickly is reporting them for copyright. I’m working with a legal team now to figure out what my options are… I’m so disappointed and disgusted by the lack of urgency I’ve received from RUclips. Thanks again for highlighting my channel and covering this problem - I hope RUclips starts to take this more seriously and protect the creators on the platform.

Like you legit would have to have full faith that there is no afterlife and no hell to do some stuff like this cause youd be going into the deepest darkest pits for doing stuff like this. And the fact ive already seen so many channels copying him.... makes me lose faith in humanity...

I kept seeing an ad by 2 different companies and locations that basically copied each other word for word except for one item that was changed. "Claim your product (mainly laptop, designer bag, phone, etc.) and see if you qualify" I reported that ad so many times and after a few days of getting them 4 times a day, I was afraid RUclips wouldn't do anything about it
5 or more years ago I used to report ads because they would get instantly skipped and after a while of me doing it my "Report" button disappeared. It turns out I was reporting so many ads that RUclips itself removed the feature for me. All of my friends still could report but not me.
The verification system is as useful as their security system. Ton shit of notification and useless 2FAs on your OWN devices but couldn't tell a difference between PCs because of a cookie exploit (See LTT hack issue as an example)
And its showing a real problem. Once when i was scrolling through shorts i stumbled on an ad which was showing a city. I hear actual moaning sound so i looked closer and found out it had a 80% transparent image in the background which u couldn’t see from far. Guess what it was? P@rn.
I genuinely forgot that youtube had ads, for some reason they blocked/disabled them in my country a while ago and we now we dont even need any kind of adblocker
