I was addicted to coke, not the drug mind you, the drink. When I was in the army we had a period of time when we were literally not allowed to do anything, it was during covid and was too hot outside (50+C) so the only thing we were allowed to do was sit in our room with the AC on and only with the same 5 people (because of quarantine). We were allowed twice a day to go to the convenience store in very specific hours, that meant that the only thing I was allowed to do is buy groceries, and since we didn't have a kitchen and had a mini fridge, we bought a lot of soda.
I used to drink alot of pespi like a 2L every day it was very bad then I discovered diet and zero sugar soda and that shit slaps 0 calories its great I switched to it 6 months ago and lost 40lbs so far 😊 if you got a soda addiction I'd recommend swapping out that syrup stuff for diet or zero way better for you.
