Those prices are reasonable. Can you have a word with some so called coaches in London gyms. Some charge £75 ($90) an hour and spend a lot of the time they are being paid looking at IG/facebook/RUclips!
Good coaches are like a needle in a haystack. As I am subscribed to Starting Strength on this RUclips platform, consider it a compliment. I have to make do with the freely distributed videos -- and thank you for those -- as there is no Starting Strength in the Netherlands. I even had trouble getting the book over here. Nowadays, I even have trouble getting any lifting equipment. The world is not a perfect place, but it's getting less perfect in some major ways of late. Winter is coming. Before the tyrannical government will completely kill freedom, the economy, and human interaction, I have to somehow get a home gym together, but everything is still sold out. They can try locking me up at home, but at least I got to have a squat rack and more weight to keep sane in this mad world. Who knows what crazy antics the commercial gyms have to deal with soon, perhaps even having to close again.
I notice with some of the squatters they have their wrists bent, I'm struggling really badly trying to get my wrists straight that my shoulders are agony and I cant focus on the actual lift. Is some wrist bend ok?
There is a part of me that would love to help start one of these in Cincinnati. It would probably have to wait for the governor to get his head out of his butt first though.
you can spend the money better on higher quality food or a home cleaning service so you ll have more time to sleep; coaching every rep and every set is bullshit and a money grab :)
@@EliteProAli I can see why you'd say that, it's certainly not inexpensive. Based on the coaching I've received, I'd have to disagree with you though. My coach was able to get me past a significant injury, something I'd been unable to do on my own.

We need one in Portland Oregon please!!!
Hahahaha, good luck with that.
When you guys gonna invade the Hoosier state? We'd love a gym.

I think it is ok to have some bend. A little extension rather than flexion.
SS/VA soon, hope.

Have you had the chance to work with a good coach?
