    Hey all. Just want to apologize for the intermittent audio crackling you hear throughout the presentation here. It's so frustrating to feel really happy with a piece of content you've put together only to watch it back and find that something is wrong with it. That said, I felt the information was valuable enough to release this regardless, so thank you for your patience in putting up with this. I've experienced this audio issue forever when doing screen recordings like this. Over the years I've tried different a bunch of different mics and settings to see what would improve it. After trying pretty much every workaround, I am now 99% sure that it is simply an issue with the software I use to record this. I'll be trying a different software the next time I do a presentation like this. If anyone knows anything about this stuff, I'd very much appreciate your feedback and ideas. Anyway, thanks for putting up with this...hopefully for the last time!

    I make sure I get dressed every day and wear fitted clothes, trousers, etc. This stops me from overeating and also makes me look good and put-together, shows self-care and encourages others to respect and look up to you more. I would hate to be overweight again, after 4 years WFPB sugar and oil-free (I do have a little salt), I am comfortable and satisfied with this lifestyle and I trust myself not to fall off track, this has given me a lot of confidence and a priceless positive outlook on life

    You've grown up quite a bit since the days when you started your channel. Nobody could accuse you of being a sickly, scrawny vegan like the stereotype. Good work with maintaining your fitness.

      I don't it doesn't taste very good I just stick to a dessert spoon every morning .

    I eat a big veggie soup for dinner, it really fills me up and don't feel hungry until the morning. My current favourite is cauliflower (rice), onion, garlic, chopped tomatoes and basil. You can buy frozen cauliflower rice or florets, frozen crushed garlic and frozen pre-chopped onions from Asda or other supermarket so it's easy to assemble the soup. I batch cook for the whole week.
