Chief goes rogue trying to bring back a revived cortana, not knowing that she is about to start an ai rebellion, so locke has to get him back. Its really simple.
Just like the first Judge Dredd movie iconic helmet/mask shown for a minute then the whole movie off til just the last few minutes. But yeah as soon as I heard the show was announced and saw no helmet immediately knew was gonna be trash just like 343 is
Meanwhile Star Wars got the Mando and that worked totally fine with a protagonist under the helmet the whole time in an episodic format. I thought it would be cool to see Chief earlier on, leading up to the engagement with the Covenant. Show operations again human insurgents, that was a big background narrative for worldbuilding that we never really see in the games. We could even tie directly into the events on Reach, ending the show with Chief waking up and seeing the Halo from CE.
here is the way that i see the halo games: halo 1 is the best overall, halo 2 has the best story, halo 3 had the best multiplayer, odst had the best music, halo reach had the best custom games, and halos 4, 5, and infinite also exist
It should have been simple. Season 1 should have covered the events of the Fall of Reach book, contact harvest etc, should have covered some of the initial anti-insurrectionist missions blue team covered, the augmentation process and the unveiling of mjolnir and then the season 1 finale should have been the Autumn arriving at Halo. Why did they have to do this Jimmy Rings/Master Cheeks silver timeline bullshit??
We really shouldnt judge the concept of a halo miovie or series based on some autistic hollywood powertrip. As the creators said: its a ✨different timeline✨. Good thing nobody told these people that halo has no concept of multiverses, otherwise they could have easily milked that excuse.
"I dont remember what happened in Halo 5"
Thats actually a pretty good plot synopsis.
Hahaha I remember playing it purely so I could complete all the halo games but I literally have no memory of what happened.
you know, now that you mention it i have no idea either... cortana bad? i think @@aldpresents
@@colbystrange3552 you're probably right I feel like every other halo game is just Cortana bad

Yeah dude, mask off masterchief - I was outie
Guy doesn't need to take off his helmet for us to like him

As much as I didn’t like the show, I at least got a chuckle out of all the “Master Cheeks” comments and memes that were made.
True where is my master cheeks halo game??
@@aldpresents Halo: Cheeks Evolved set for release in 2031. XD
Halo Wars 2 cut scenes show that Halo can be a cinematic master piece
I haven't played either of the halo wars games but I'm sure they're just as cinematic
Such a great video, this music is iconic
Halo music still slaps

Yep there was potential to make chief similar to Mando but they just did their own thing
Halo 2 was the most cinematic, but Halo 3 and Halo Reach couch splitscreen were best. Show bad, me no likey :(
Show bad game good simple as that
Fuck you with that door knock. Scared the absolute living shit out of me.
Hahahaha sorry it was probably called "realistic door knocking SFX" or something like that
Halo show bad, Halo 1 - 3, good. Great video.
Thank you glad you enjoyed!
Came to compliment the thumbnail.
I actually quite enjoyed the video.
I've been a halo fan for 20 years and going. 343 has been a dumpster fire.
It was nice replaying it and remembering when Halo was truly great

I think that's a great way to look at them. They each have their strengths and some do indeed exist

Branching timelines is the easiest way to make a world 1000 times more confusing
there's some problems with the development of halo2 and thinking what could've been is rad
Yeah it suffered a lot from scope creep but glad they still rounded out their original trilogy well
I feel like Halo 2 has the best story, Halo 3 has the best multiplayer, and Halo CE is the most badass.
Halo CE is definitely badass but I also really liked Reach's multiplayer

I liked the mobile game
Didn't know there was one 👀
