Can the Lift Xtra be used on a quartz kitchen countertop with some cloth below it? Will the steam burn our arms? Currently ironing on the kitchen counter as I dun have space. Cloth does get quite damp at the end of it. Wondering if it’s better with the lift xtra.
Am currently looking to buy a new steam station, as mine after 15 years has given up the ghost! Your video is most helpful. Thank you!
Why the xtra no need to adjust temperature? I will use iron on silk fabric a lot, I am thinking about which one to get 😅
Presumably the filters last forever if the Lift is only used with softened water ?
Would this be a good choice for quilters?
I LOVE my Laurastar and I am a quilter. It heats so quickly!
Thanks for vido in middle east do you have service centre
Would you advice the shoe for mulberry silk ? Thank you
Yes

Best to iron on a cotton/foam mesh board, the steam must pass thru the material so a solid base wont be suitable
Does the steam stay consistent while vertical ironing? My Bosch (7 years old though) slows down after 2 minutes of ironing!!!
My laura star iron will not stop steaming its constant steam how do I resolve the issue. I have the same iron but in pink.
so very good ,
Thank you! Cheers!
