This thing have never worked properly ever since I’ve purchased a few years ago. I’ve only used it at least 5 times. It’s too expensive $2k to go to waste. I’ve had a $100 silver star industrial iron I’ve had for 12 years that still works great. I hope you can help me so that I can use it. My issue is always tons of water pouring out of the iron when the steam generates. If I hold the iron in the ironing position, water pours out 😢 please help me or provide a number of assistance. Thanks

@@laurastaraustralia I’m in the United States. I spoke with a representative who wasn’t able to help me. I’m fuming 😡 because it’s a brand new iron “not used” that he stated I have to pay for service “per hour” to figure out what the issue is.

Which of the Laurastars have the fan? Which one would be recommended for quilting? It would be used daily!
Do I need drain the water tank every now and then?
Yes the boiler should be flushed every 10hrs of use or once a month, there is a video showing this also
