We have well water and a water softener what water do you recommend I should use?
Great question! If you have well water, hard water, or water that is softened or contains many minerals, we recommend using store-bought spring water as a suitable alternative.
Why does Laurastar recommend bottled spring water if the user's property has a water softener ? Why is water with mineral content required for the correct operation of the Lift ?
Hi Ian, glad you asked! Laurastaur recommends using water with mineral content in your boiler to prevent it from becoming overfilled and spitting out water like a shower. Water with softeners can corrode the metal in the boiler, so it's best to avoid it. Laurastar blocked my system and lost the steam function, do you know how to log into the system and unlock it?
