As a scout lover.. and especially a 120 scout lover. I crafted mine and enhanced it and I don’t see many situations where I’ll use it because scouts are still “meh”. I’ll bring it into activities with lots of solar shields probably. Scouts just need to one shot crit more red bars and hit yellow bars harder. I’m telling you. Another 15% dmg across the board would make the world of difference.

Honestly, I may opt to skip heal clip and go with dual loader since you aren’t stuck loading 2 bullets per animation.
08:05 Shoot to loot is also now on Retraced Path. It was added back into the pool in Into the Light. This new void Trace Rifle now means we have an STL trace for every light element.
I think that the scout rifle might be busted with heal clip due to the aggressive frame reloading one bullet at a time, letting you get heal clip faster + shoot faster.
I love Mine. But it’s just hard to justify using scouts in pve still. They need more damage vs yellow and red bars. This coming from someone who loves scouts. Especially 120s
1:44 that machine gun isn’t bad at all. Either stats for all + one for all just to double dip on hitting 3 enemies OR stats for all and incandescent. Incandescent helps proc and maintain stats for all up time and stats for all increases everything that sucks about machine guns. Plus its origin trait will also help proc stats/one for all.
The servers were so bad yesterday. Can’t remember the servers being this bad in a long long time. I got on with very little error codes but once I did tried starting campaign for about 20 minutes and just tried crucible got 2 matches in and that was all I could do all evening. After 10 years I was used to it. Can’t wait to get into the campaign
one for all on lost signal actually seems like it would be really good. It's specifically does area damage and would be extremely easy to activate. I think it was doing 3802 damage per tick to that yellow bar. with that 35% those ticks would be doing 5132. stuff would just melt in there. I just got one with stats for all and one for all. I'm definitely going to go test it out now. It looks really good.
6:53 i have auto loading / reverberation. my intiial reaction was "oh sweet auto and a damage perk" then i realized they dont really synergize together well at all BUT THEN i realized that they dont have to because of the nature of reverb and having to keep shooting to take advantage of the perk being active. no matter what your going to be reloading this thing as fast as possible after each shot so the fact that auto loading doesnt synergize doesnt matter. you have 2 great perks that do their job well IMO. just because you dont get that cherry on top with the synergy doesnt bother me. this new archetype is amazing and i cant wait to see other elemental versions of it. the stasis looks so cool on the battlefield. solar is going to be AWESOME.

Enhanced incandescent rocket pistol is wild. These sidearms hit so hard and can get headshots already as is. This things gonna rack up scorch stacks into ignitions so fast even on GM enemies shredding them like they’re patrol enemies 💀
Cold steel on a caster frame sword is what I've been wanting for months now. In theory, it should be able to cause a freeze from one full heavy. So 2 anti-champions plus free bonus burst damage at range, all for 4 ammo.
Sightline survey looks interesting for like a triple tap/precision instrument on a lucky pants build. Gonna have to see some damage testing to know for sure though

I’m honestly pretty interested in heal clip on the scout due to how fast it could proc it. I would be more interested if scouts didn’t hit like a wet noodle… Also d2gunsmith seems to currently be having a bit of a rough time so I can’t get exact numbers but I’m immediately noticing that the stasis caster frame is the first stasis heavy that can apply slow from a range while retaining the ammo economy of a sword. Now that it’s been buffed back up a chill clip fusion is probably the best all-around option but if your kinetic slot is taken by something else then hey, it could work.
For Lost signal, I'll be crafting a Stats for all - One for all roll; You are pretty much guaranteed to proc it every burst. Also aiming for a Triple tap - Precision Instrument on the handcannon for Lucky pants Hunter.

I have an auto loading/high ground lost signal, and it's probably the god roll for the roll this weapon fills. You get bonus damage for shooting the weapon high in the air (basically the highest point of your jump without touching the ceiling). It isn't a weapon you get a lot of kills with, so getting some extra damage for doing something you normally do anyway is nice.
for the machine gun i think incandescence with the origin trait, can actually be pretty damn good, as i would think this trait will also give scorch to targets that surivive the explosion etc.

Why do almost all weapons in DIM now have more perks, but in game it doesn't show it. Example my edge transit with cascade and deconstruct, now has both those perks but also bait envious assasin and bait and switch to pick from (in DIM) but in game I just have cascade and deconstruct?
Ill omen doesn't have Energy Transfer, Zephyr is better unless you can build into the heavy cast. Sola's energy transfer vorpal + sanguine alchemy or assembler boots for high rift uptime to give your team a firebase. This tech is amazing for onslaught rn
For Chronophage I'm going for the Repulsor Brace and Demolitionist God roll. I think you can only get one other weapon in the game with that roll and I have yet to get it in Duality Dungeon. Plus it's craft bonus so yeah.
Worth mentioning that the rocket can roll with Holster and Bipod, Holster negleting the main issue of Bipod. And since it's also a precision, it makes it a ideal rocket for the Izanagi rotation. Yeah Precisions arn't the bests cuz of the -10% dmgs, but they are awesome against moving targets like Rhulk or Simmumah

I can guess for program/data reasons why they might need to do that, but outside of that I got nothing else as to why Bungie would do that (of course, I’m really tired as I type this, so that might be why I can’t think of any other reasons)
Odd how the Rocket Sidearm is hidden in game while you can see the others. GL’s a blast though, my friend and I both got one and it’s so fun to use and pretty decent damage wise
Hmm using machine guns for primary add clear that’s something I haven’t heard. I use em for killing the chunky ads and envious makes it to where I don’t have to reload when it comes to do so. Idk how anyone can find the damn ammo to use a heavy mg for add clear too much
Sight line in PvP is either going to be meta or a sleeper but either way I’m using it with PI. All you need is 2 precision hits to get a 3 tap at .67 ttk. Very rewarding for simply hitting shots.

i tried it today and it doesnt appear to freeze unfortunately. maybe i was doing something wrong but i didnt get it to work with 1 heavy attack

High ground only checks where your feet are. If they’re higher up in elevation you’ll have the damage buff 👍🏼

Retraced Path has recently gotten its perks reset along with the other dares weapons, because of this it also has shoot to loot now.

The new void trace rifle is basically the better Hollow Denial. Hollow Denial didn't have destabilizing rounds since it came out in witch queen.

Target lock deconstruct could make the machine gun really good at damaging brigs after the face is popped off. It should give nearly double damage.

Lost Signal is great. I got a Lead from Gold and OFA drop. So the OFA does help out a bit in the damage department.

the arc handcannon has to live or die in PvP because there's no real way for any arc 180 to surpass Posterity in PvE strength
