Good video and the breakdown of that build really can help people understand. Add clear and such is so much different than DPS that people need to understand if you’re trying to be somewhat optimal that you should have two load-outs. Weapon surges don’t matter at all outside of boss DPS and vise versa if you’re running special finisher or something outside of boss DPS. You could go further in the explanation a little bit two (I think your didn’t say them but I might have missed it… and I know you know why they’re this way). There’s a very specific reason for using a high ammo special weapon in the primary slot and that’s so there is the most ammo when you switch to another special weapon. Some people won’t realize if you had a primary you’ll have no ammo when switching. The other being the reason why the font is so useful is two fold… one being this specific damage phase is so long that cooldown on super can be relevant. The other being if people look at the certain caps, his super was at a low point where those couple of stat tiers probably gave him almost 3 minute faster cooldown on super. If he was already at tier 5 then that regen from font probably would not of been useful because he would have only gotten a little over a minute from it. I could ramble but the video did a good job. People should learn to think for themselves and learn to build (because it really isn’t that complicated in this game) to what works well and well for them. Plug and play doesn’t always work… and people should read each mod because some of them really aren’t worth running most of the time.

1 thing I don’t think was mentioned in the vid is: whenever you’re build crafting you should ALWAYS check what seasonal artefact mods are available and think which will be beneficial depending on the encounter/situation you’re building for!
great video. swapping mods between phases of an encounter is a rarity for me. mostly damage on bosses in raids. locked load outs in gms is a nicety in the sense that it is one less thing to think about
(Sorry for the late comment) IMO consecration is probably the hardest build I’ve ever played. It’s really easy to pick up and do okay with it, but it’s absurdly hard to play the build perfectly. It’s taken me a few hundred hours worth of content for me to comfortably say that I’m good at it. Also, I don’t really blame the people that aren’t as good at the game for just taking a build and running with it. (I know I sure did when I started)
Building around the content is a must. You absolutely have to change everything around, you can keep the base of the build , but usually need to swap armor mods, artifact mod, and weapons for surges .
This reminded me of being on an Onslaught team. We got blinded by some exploder units that spawned right on top of us. And here’s our teammate, with two shriekers, swarm of enemies, and exploders. And he’s sitting there plinking away with some kind of kinetic Bow. I don’t even know what the build was supposed to be….. at like Wave 49. Obviously, they utterly destroyed him And the bank before we could even res lol. “Build for the content.” Yes. 😅
This is a great first step in educating people like me know their build, but let’s get real, it’s insanely hard to know all the terminology, I may hear all the reasons your saying why this mod & why this gun etc etc but it very quickly turns into information overload, it quickly becomes way too much to take in, it seems easy to those that know, but it’s too much for me to remember. I pick up bits & pieces but each build might be so different it’s like learning another language every time! We all get a build works well if we have to right weapons & mods, but the combinations & what they trigger is simply too much for me too remember so I do end up grabbing a dim link & spending an hour to tailor it to fit the armour & gear I actually have, it takes so long your past trying to know how it’s working you just want to load into a dam mission. Tizzle if you can work out some kind of much easier to understand lessons that take us step by step it would be a miracle, this video is great but it’s still you listing off a huge list of this that & the other to try & remember, it’s like trying to remember a jigsaw blind folded.
Haha, yeah consecration titan can indeed be used almost anywhere. I feel like Inverted spire was reworked in a lot of ways to specifically slow down consecration titans: lots of exploders, lots of detainment, long sightlines with cyclops in the tank section, and broken up platform's in the first section. I wouldn't call it a success, but Bungie tried. Honestly, I think we all know that the ability just needs some kind of nerf at this point. As much as I love buildcrafting I am guilty of running a single go to build that I use for most content. This season that is primatic rime-coat with chior of one. It's a very powerful build that has an answer to almost any challenge. When I don't know what to expect or I think I can get away with it, I run that build. I ran it for inverted spire and cleared it first try with my team. With that said though I have a full page of loadouts just for specific encounters in dungeons. For liminality with oscillation I have been using a pure stasis build using revision 0. With weapon boost x3 and wisper of rending and no other buffs hunter's trace hits 575k crits on champions; it's nuts.
I agree that they tried to slow down Concercration Titan with the rework of Inverted Spire, but it's just a slight complication. If you a titan main you'll be able to still olay how youbwant based on your loadout. But why would you call for a concercration titan nerf? Seems a bit harsh don't you think...?
@@chinbusy6336 I agree that it's a bit harsh given that it's by far the most powerful thing prismatic titan has going on. I just feel like it's too hard for Bungie to design content around such an ability. It's really hard to balance melee in general in a game like Destiny. There is a very fine line between being useless and being OP; I think consecration has crossed the OP line. I don't know specifically what I would do to the ability to nerf as I haven't fleshed out those thoughts enough. I just can't see the ability existing within a healthy meta as is. There are plenty of great videos analyzing the problems with the prismatic titan kit that can largely be summed up by aspect selection lacking synergy and consecration/knockout being the only really super amazing picks (I know there are other choices here, but I don't think anything else comes close to those two). So I think any change to consecration would have to coincide with changes to the rest of the titan kit. I certainly don't want to see titans nerfed into the ground or have their prismatic kit gutted.
yes revision zero is so good with rending. And yeah totally. There are def builds that are just meta and can overcome basically anything. Rimecoat and choir are def meta. So well worth running on new content you haven't seen yet!
I have a question for you, but I can't find anywhere to email or send you a direct message. I was wondering if you know if the mantle of battle Harmony counteracts the oscillation modifier on gm's? I'm at work or I was just check it out for myself LOL. Liminality has been a headache
I’m wondering if you can help make a build that helps in the revision zero mission. I’m trying to solo and I don’t have prismatic unlocked all the way, so no class exotics yet.
hey so i have been out of destiny for most of this season and last is it worth me thrying to get back into destiny 2 or do i have a mountain to climb to get back to running raids and dungeons again?
See for me I don't want a fully optimized build I want something I can take into any type of content and still preform well. I have made a few builds like this but it's getting harder to do that as time goes on.
It was definitely better when there was a 3 different choice or mix and match system of things that functioned very differently (fonts, Warmind Cells and charged with light).
Good video but i have a minor disagreement about the idea that no build works in all content beyond consacration titan. There are a few builds for every class that work everywhere, for instance foetracters/Cytarachnes hunter is a truly universal build. At base it provides increased damage amd infinite wolven mail if built right with mods fragments. Its survival is unmatched with invisibility from stylish and constant wolven mail and foetraccers allows you massive damage buffs so you can do great DPS with the proper weapon loadouts. The weapons csn change based on the type of activities, though if you have a ranged weapon and a close quaters then you really dont even neee to change weapons either, but the core build works everywhere due to its simplistity.....survival and Damage......so not sure how you can say only consecration titan is a "universal build" All this being said, for most builds yes you should take the activities into account its just not correct to say only one universal build exists.
Kind of semantics here. When someone who plays the game at optimal level says “works” they mean optimal. In this game almost anything works just fine if you know how to play so you don’t die. For example, the build your talking about helps you stay alive. You do get some more weapon damage but you lock yourself into potentially sub-optimal weapons for DPS. You don’t have Radiant for an extra 25%. In most cases your super will not be able to damage boss, if it could it’s going to take your DPS down, and if you possibly needed it to panic it might have zero use for a long period of time. Also, your add clear is fine but you are not killing champs that aren’t stunned in one hit nor clearing a whole room of adds in 1.2 seconds so it’s more of a slow play. Doesn’t mean it isn’t useful or a great build to use.
@amorfati4927 hmmm i agree somewhat, however the term optimal here is also missleading. Having the "optimal" build in almost all cases is only needed for the 1% of players trying to do very difficult things like low man raids , 99% of the player base will never need an "optimal" build. Also the difference in effectiveness of a build that "works" amd a "optimal" build is often not massive skill is a bigger factor at those levels. As for you get "locked into sub optimal DPS" how? The best weapon for heavy damage is heavy GLs and varia ts of that archtype with BaS plus envious or envious arsenal exist in every element type but solar so it very easy to get very good DPS if you pair yoir abilities and weapons which is not hard as tons of possibilities exist in most all elements.....honestly not sure why you think this its objectively not true. As for the super? I am not trying to be mean but i can not tell what your trying to say. I cant damage the boss with my super? Are you meaning to say with a star eater perk to up damage any super is worthless? If that's the argument thats silly a good DPS rotation with my build a good special damage weapon a heavy gl with BS etc without star eaters will do great damage if played correctly. Sure with star eaters your damage will be better but not by a massive amount and for 99% of players 99% of the time the difference wont matter. Also the DPS gane fir hunters is very different now, with roaming super changes and certain weapon pairings you can get your super back ridiculously quick so the damage from your super will be ceazy even wothout star eaters.....I used lost signal, perfect fifth ergo sum, and chill inhibitor with this build on corrupted pupoeteer and did over 7 mill damage used my super 5 or 6 times....so yeah you can DPS very well with it.
I would like to say YAS got its nerf reverted so it gets grenade energy on ability hits not kills. It’s way better then it used to be and is better if not stronger then it used to be

(I know I sure did when I started)
this guy with back to back great videos..
Suutek is very good. Thanks for explaining what he does
Building around the content is a must. You absolutely have to change everything around, you can keep the base of the build , but usually need to swap armor mods, artifact mod, and weapons for surges .
Basically focusing on the active surges in each activity/ artifact changes/ armor mods / champ weapons is main thing you need to do in my opinion.
Love the shout out to chablo.
Appreciate the videos dude!!!
6:35 Indebted Kindness is not Enhanceable(Unfortunately), so its just standard Surrounded(40% damage buff)
😅😂🎉thats why I subscribed this guy 😮😊 freakin love your material T man
This is a great first step in educating people like me know their build, but let’s get real, it’s insanely hard to know all the terminology, I may hear all the reasons your saying why this mod & why this gun etc etc but it very quickly turns into information overload, it quickly becomes way too much to take in, it seems easy to those that know, but it’s too much for me to remember.
Side note but that titan fashion is sick
@@evanschneider47 thanks! Fashion show coming in January haha. My blast wave striders titan is CLEAN!
OMG WHERES THE DIM LINK! ❤
What does Tizzle mean by "CQC"? There's the CQC shotgun but that is clearly not what he's referring to.
close quarters combat
Dim link?
The Suutek armor stats are hot 🥵
Shots fired at mactics
Finally somebody calling Mactics out on sh- builds.
@@Neighthanyelling I have a solo flawless run on my channel. That should help
@ thanks man I’ll check it out
hey so i have been out of destiny for most of this season and last is it worth me thrying to get back into destiny 2 or do i have a mountain to climb to get back to running raids and dungeons again?
“Click bait build content”
Man out here shooting like Kendrick 🔫
You can’t enhance indebted kindness but W video
yeah I thought of that after the fact lol

"that video is almost half an hour long" so heres another almost half an hour long video lolololol
Know what? The whole video you were gobling on some guy
See for me I don't want a fully optimized build I want something I can take into any type of content and still preform well. I have made a few builds like this but it's getting harder to do that as time goes on.
My build is if it can make big boom and kill xenos it’s good enough for me
PEAK!
Now go give Chablo 91 a follow & subscribe and some love guys. He's another player who knows what's going on under the hud with D2 and its builds.
NEED A DIM LINK TIZZLE
I miss real buildcrafting before they neutered that too.
It was definitely better when there was a 3 different choice or mix and match system of things that functioned very differently (fonts, Warmind Cells and charged with light).
Mactics just got rekt, lol
Where my DIM link at?
I just wish YAS was better :(
thing is this game is braindead easy in 98% of content, you don't need to do this so majority of player base will never need this
Good video but i have a minor disagreement about the idea that no build works in all content beyond consacration titan. The weapons csn change based on the type of activities, though if you have a ranged weapon and a close quaters then you really dont even neee to change weapons either, but the core build works everywhere due to its simplistity.....survival and Damage......so not sure how you can say only consecration titan is a "universal build"
All this being said, for most builds yes you should take the activities into account its just not correct to say only one universal build exists.
Also the DPS gane fir hunters is very different now, with roaming super changes and certain weapon pairings you can get your super back ridiculously quick so the damage from your super will be ceazy even wothout star eaters.....I used lost signal, perfect fifth ergo sum, and chill inhibitor with this build on corrupted pupoeteer and did over 7 mill damage used my super 5 or 6 times....so yeah you can DPS very well with it.
i was here
I would like to say YAS got its nerf reverted so it gets grenade energy on ability hits not kills. It’s way better then it used to be and is better if not stronger then it used to be
yes but the build has always been shit is the thing. I have been using it, and it is not good compared to countless other builds
What encounter game has alot differencen. Only Thing is champions barrierer unstopperble. torment an so on. Ofc you could do supclass also but like some you dont need a build for every encounter
😂😂😂
Idk about the Mactics shade bro…
Yeah, I think most players know the difference between a video about a build vs build crafting. I don't think anyone is taking one of those in to solo a dungeon. They are a bit click baity, but that's YT for you.
First like, yeeeeeuah!
Idk us ahamkara spines and i do just fine. But thats just me
I like hold crafting, but you loose me at quick swapping
Mactics builds are a scam! He users other RUclipsrs builds that get posted in his discord then passes them off as his own! I don't even know how he's amassed so many subscribers! He's completely fake!
@@Thatannoyingvoicetoldyoutodoit I don’t really watch his stuff. By all means, some of his builds may be great. I just think YAS is extremely overrated but his titles and thumbnails suggest that it’s great
Incorrect. We don't just go to RUclips and copy a build we search for best build for GM
Not sure why you singled out Mac here but it’s your video.
