I stayed 2 mnths in hospital . I lost job, my body weight vast different, huge money. I was hopeless but (mind is every thing). After i came from hospital i slowly start to jog near park i start calisthentic not gym. Slowy my body became changes. I was66 kg, during hospitalized i became 53 kg now i am 63 kg. So life is all about up n down but never give up. I dream is to compete in japan. 😊💪💕 .
