The person whom he crashed was killed before going to the hospital. So, sirf haath toh nahi lagaa. And the speed was not only 50. That road was not on city area. So, that road contains very less zebra crossing. It's very common in highways around Nepal.

I recently had an accident...similar to how he described but in my case it was a cow which jumped straight infront of my bike (dominar) and i was at a speed of around 50-60kmph...and unfortunately the cow was hit and flew to the side of the road...but he stood up gladly with minor injuries. We didnt fall and my dominar with a pillion didnt even shake much. I can garantee that he was more then 100kmph and that didnt even give him a chance to brake and therefore only hitting the uncle's hand he had such a bad accident and the uncle succumbed to death.

I have been riding bike for about 16 yrs and had my share of accidents … but ur bikes condition says u were at-least above 100 kmph. Nepal police is easy …. It is all money.
Old people get hurt easily. Just missing a step while walking or a small fall can cause fractures in older people. The bones and muscles are old they cannot take strain.
So it is absolutely possible for the elderly man to be hit with the bike handle/his hand and fall. Maybe because of internal bleeding the elderly man died.
Secondly the speed could have been less that is why the sound was less and the old man did not notice the second bike. The exhuast sound is the loudest behind the bike not in front of the bike. Majority of the old people also have bad hearing.
Your points are badly reasoned and not concrete. They don't discredit Jatt's account of the accident.
If the CCTV camera footage shows Jatt is in the wrong then he will be sentenced to punishment.
