We were "paused" at Elsa for maybe a minute one time. It was our first time on the ride and thought it was funny when she did her hand motion to "shoe" us away when we didn't move. Then she had this dejected look at us. It was pretty funny.

Not as bad as the video I saw somewhere of of Anna's whole face, neck and arms gone dark.
Kristoff isn't working either. His face if froze, no mouth movement. Same with the end of ride Ana and Elsa...
Well, that’s horrifically horrifying. LOL. Imagine having your little one on there that believes these are real characters and trying to explain why her face is doing that.
between this and 'Rise of the Resistance', it's a constant toss up which attraction works the best on any given day...
Ya gotta wonder between this and Splash Mountain and Grand Fiesta Tour, does Disney rotate which animatronics it wants fully functioning?
I didn't know that Disney have a slot machine in Epcot.
Seems like there's lots of rides that are breaking. Minimal fixes due to Disney lay-offs. :(
I wish I had some hope that old Disney will be back. Seems like some of these changes are more permanent than we were first led to believe. Sucks.
they fired 28k skilled employees, but it's fine, they'll just get Chris from the churro cart to come in and look at the animatronic on his lunch break-
@@Amy-hj1qb Another reason why the projections don’t work ever and take away from the immersion really the only good projections I’ve seen are in the haunted mansion and even then they are only good because of nostalgia and the overall vibe of the place
They have let go of so many people but of course all upper management had their salaries put back to normal. It doesn’t make sense. If I’m not mistaken Universal’s top people have continued with their lower pay to help keep people on. Not Disney. I mean Lord help me that they would have to live with maybe 15 or $20 million instead of $45 million. Oh, the humanity. I mean think about it. You would be living like a bum if you only made 15million or 20million. How in the world could they expect you to show your face on the golf course of the mega exclusive country club with a salary so low? How could they expect you to live so low? (I hope everybody knows I’m being facetious)
The thing that gets me is the cuts they have made at Disney World which is one of their parks that is open and bringing in as many people as they possibly can. They are still keeping their numbers lower than what it could be if they went to true full capacity. The people are coming in though. Your opened parks is where you need to make sure you’re keeping everything nice and up and running correctly. To me though it looks like they’re more concerned with making sure they can keep their salary at max level then doing what they should be doing for their employees and for their parks.
That’s not even the worst thing to happen to this ride. Plexiglass.

At DHS right now. After a year of trying to get a virtual queue- get on, ride breaks down. Never finished the ride. Tell Tokyo Tom - I feel his pain.

At the finale Anna and Elsa's faces were not moving for some reason

Went yesterday, rode twice and informed cast members that all the mouths weren't moving on everyone except Elsa in the main scene and Olof. The big snowflake doesn't light up anymore either...was pretty upset!
Did the cast members say anything after you informed them about the ride & the animatronic? Just wondering. 😀
Wot? does Frozen Ever After have a "yeti" too?! One major set piece per park, is that what we're going with Disney?!

Lol face roll. While I do miss maelstrom I have to give props that they actually increased the length of the ride during the refurb instead of shortening it like it seems they like to do *cough cough* imagination. Now if they would actually maintain something.......
is a shame this happened disney needs to be aware of this and don´t fired cast members that can fix this problems

Chapek needs to be fired. Or imprisoned. Either way works for me. And then replaced with someone who actually gives two craps about the people they work so hard to make happy. Starting with practical cutting of costs to make trips more affordable again, to balance out how little there is to do in the parks now. Does the average American have the money for a $1200 AP today? I don't think so.
Not so much chapek but the other guy who was before him. He created this mess, and chapek has to try and fix it. Covid is causing big problems. Theme parks were closed, theaters were closed so movies, aren't being released. Merchandise for disney toys were pathetic.
I hate the projections!!! This ride could have been waaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy better if they didn't use them🙄🙄🙄like how they made the animatronics for the beauty and the beast ride in Tokyo! 🙄
Sadly, they didn't have to- but Di$ney did thinsg on the cheap to get the ride reskin done as quicky and cheaply as possible- projection faces are garbage...

If they would actually maintain stuff properly the projections would be fine. Just like the singing busts at the mansion.

Didn't it used to "snow" in that attraction at some point with soap bubbles when the attraction first opened?
