Each season, there has been an "epic" scene that defines the Destination Elk series. That scene happens in today's Episode!
Donnie and Corey are hunting in Utah with Casey Harbertson, co-founder and President of MTN OPS. And Casey has his eye on a giant 5x6 bull the guys saw earlier in the hunt. However, Casey isn't the only one with his eye on the big bull. Another bull has come in to challenge the big herd bull, and the fight that ensues is nothing short of breath-taking!

The things you get to see as an outdoorsman that the average person never does is truly special!
“The successful warrior is the average man with laser like focus.” It was truly humbling watching Warrior (Casey) meet Warrior (elk) and it ending the way it did. "Epic" is a good way to describe what just happened. So much respect for the hunter and the hunted and the connection they now have will never die.
I know I take for granted the effort it takes to film and edit these hunts, but I sincerely thank you for doing so and for sharing it with us! What an absolutely amazing experience!

I’m sitting here after watching that really cool fight scene, trying to think of something clever to say. But let’s face it, I just want to win something 😂

That is the true beauty of nature. Being able to witness two elk attempt to establish dominance over the other. The great thing about this series and the other two series is that Corey and Donnie make you feel like you are in the woods with them and feeling the excitement, heartache and all the feelings they are feeling! Great series to truly learn from and watch!
When the bulls start fighting and Casey quickly and aggressively jams across the sage hillside to get into shooting position, is the killer instinct you either have or don’t have as an Elk hunter. 👊🏼
The other bull was like, “wait...did I win?” Great footage.
You guys all in long sleeves and Lewis is like "suns out, guns out" standing there glassing in short sleeves. LOL

Have I ever seen an elk fight like that? I have never seen an elk fight. The way that elk was still fighting the other even after Casey shot was crazy. That shows how jacked up they are during the rut. Thanks for the awesome content Elk 101 group!

I have never been much for watching hunting shows and have only used RUclips for short clips and reviews; but after Elk101 helped me pull an elk out of a left over tag with more hunting pressure than I've ever seen I figured I'd check out the rest of your content. Going on 6 days off binging every season and I can't get enough. You guys really helped take the mystery out of it, even for a life long hunter. Keep up the great work!

That was absolutely crazy! I have only seen one fight and we just sat back and watched from across the draw! It was one of the coolest things I have seen in the elk woods.

Wow, the collaborated footage you guys have put out this year is epic. Mature bulls fighting until you decide which one to harvest is a dream come true. I know I have dreamed of that scenario but never actually thought I would see it.

Holy incredible fight scene with 2 incredible bulls and yes that bull had incredible whale tails on it. All in all Utah was a great series, Lewis got a stud of a bull the episode before and Casey's bull is remarkable. Keep the dad jokes coming Donnie we cant get enough of them and seeing Corey's expressions o them is priceless. Memories and friendships are made for life .
Lewis got the best hunt of all time! Kill and watched another kill, topped off with a fight scene!! What a hunt!! I hope to watch a fight scene in person one day!

Well that was a killer fight! A good reminder that just because you watch them walk over the ridge it isn’t over yet. Or, even better yet, another reason to hike to the top in hopes that something as awesome as that is on the other side.

That was a cool fight scene. Those bulls were so in the moment that they had no clue that Casey got to “breathe and squeeze “ on one of them.
One thing I have unfortunately never had the pleasure of experiencing fighting bulls so close. What a rush!

And there it is! Finally! I watched a fight between to 350-inch bulls from a half mile once and got my adrenaline pumped up more than just before I release an arrow. It's so exhilarating.
