She in the first couple minutes makes it so obvious she is hammered. After all the drinking I have done in my life, I know the symptoms. But the most obvious ones, are when they keep repeating themselves, and asking the same questions over and over. It's because the alcohol interferes with the short term memory and things don't register. They will try everything to dodge the sobriety tests, but the eye test isn't something they can claim a physical disability, and here she is trying using a diversion tactic, by interrupting every 15 seconds.
Doing the tests isn't so much as completing them, as following the instructions. That is why the instructions are so concise as to exactly what to do. Hands aren't at her side, she didn't touch heel to toe, and not proper turn. That is what I mean, by following the instructions, and they always say I did it I did it. When they didn't. I have no sympathy for anyone who drinks and drives. I got two DWIs 29 years ago, and I did my time and paid my fines. Not only that, but I was so cooperative that both times i was arrested the officers who took me into custody, put in a good word with the magistrate to help me get released on OR, and I was too. Cooperation goes along way with the police. She knows nothing of either one.
I agree with you Marc, she is putting everyone at risk and she doesn't see it, but a night in the graybar hotel may be the thing to wake her up. Her car needs to be towed, she won't learn any other way!!!!!!!!!
