Nice to see from you again. I was experimenting with Stinging Slashes as well, interesting set in the current meta.
For me it just never fails me. The pressure from it is so consistent and easy to manage also
I got a similar setup on my Warden but mine is full magic. I use Master Ice Staff with Ice Clench as my spamable. It hits ridiculously hard and constantly gives me an extra 600 weapon and spell damage. I combo it with Way of the Fire like you (since the dot from Ice Clench procs the set)
I genuinely find that any build not using Rallying Cry this patch is just hamstringing itself so I always have that backbar.
I don’t tend to use Sea Serpeant anymore, I much prefer Markyn since it has no drawback and pretty solid buffs.
With Atro Mundus, RC, Major Sorcery and Master Ice staff, I sit at around 2k mag rec, 5.2k spell damage and 30-32K resists.
Yeah that’s some solid stats you get. And I agree with the rallying cry. The only other set I think that competes with it is wretched on back bar. It seems like 99.9% of ppl run rallying.
Just bash or interrupt the EG and it is a liability. That’s been the weakness of EG for the longest time. Glad you’ve found the master DW and fire combo! Warden is always fun.
Well yea that’s true but u it can be tough to keep that up over and over
Bash it all you want - it’ll be back up in no time and unless you’re extreme zerging if youre bashing my EG I’m recovering and rebuffing to go on the offense
@@Thatfantasyfootballchick yeah the problem is it’s not just bash that interrupts it. Fossilize, deep breath, any cc stops it and when that is what’s keeping me from Jesus beaming you or executing you because you need the health, it’s worth it for me. Roksa is better for 1vx sustain all day.

Swap vigor with netch on the front bat to mid-max your passives. If you have enough survivability it would be worth it to have potentates/ northern BB and DB FB.

It's too bad you on Xbox I'm on PS5. Been playing year n half. Just now understanding enough to theory craft builds. I'm using stinging slashes on my dk and might use way of fire with it. Thanks to your video.
I’m actually on pc! I use an Xbox controller tho because I just like to sit back and relax when I play 😂
Barba I've played with this and similar setups, but feel like i just like the burst to get a kill in a meaningful amount of time. Everyone always escapes, or i am taking too much pressure from additional opponents and have to go defensive.
Any thoughts on a more bursty style?
Depends on the situation, overall being able to burst a group of people is “usually” better. Acuity is a great set in my opinion. Or just switching skills and maybe using dawnbreaker instead

Yeah you can’t really time it which sucks. I just try to use my ult when it pops and typically use balorgh with it

Another Master's Dual Wield spammer, I see. You're not killing any Warden or decent Templar with that, as the dot will get cleansed before you can blink. As for the build's tankiness, you can survive 1v1 pretty well. But the second you get jumped by three or more people who know what they're doing (as tends to happen a lot in PvP), you'll melt like butter in a nuclear blast. Your mag sustain isn't good enough to keep up all those heals, and relying on heavy attack with resto staff to get magicka back only helps until people start dodge rolling.
As a dueling build, it's solid (setting aside the fact that it's build #4,513,096 to use Master's dual wield). But as a proper PvP build to be run in Cyro, IC, or even some battlegrounds? You won't get far unless you're facing noobs who don't understand the concept of keeping pressure on you until your sustain inevitably bottoms out. There's only so much running away you can do while still being able to affect the outcome of the fight.
I really only like playin BGs and dueling cuz everything else lags to death but I’m pretty unkillable in there. Thanks for the comment
Decent players lol, they left this holy crap game like 4 years ago, you can be decent by just buying dlcs or necrom to get procs shit and arcanist, if you meet 3 guys who know what they are doing and youre not arcanist you are dead 😂

Who’s gonna tell him way of the fire only procs off damage from a weapon hit and not dots.
If you are using a weapon skill it procs. So the dot from destro clench is a weapon meaning you’re doing dmg with a weapon. Or if u use rending slash it procs because the dot from that is a weapon ability

You receive 30% damage mitigation the lower your health goes. Very good

The amount of mag recovery and mag resistance suggest breton, but I'd imagine this works with any
