No never did, but you can make adjustments later if needed. Mouth feel, Acidity, and/or sweetness!
Enjoyed the vlog, wish I could find guava where I am as I think they would make a nice wine.
I hear you, so many fruits, just frustrating to find some of them in any form nowadays without killing the bank. If you can forage them or pick them in some type of pick your own setup I find is so much cheaper!😉
