- I decided to make this wine purely from my love of fermented foods and my desire to keep things simple. It’s made with one and only ingredient-red wine pinot noir grapes.

When I was 13, I heard my mother talking about wine she an her colleagues made, so after questioning her about the process, I took a pint jar of grape juice and kept it under my bed, i strained it couple times and add some sugar each time. After about 22 weeks it was ready. My cousin and I were afraid to taste it, so I took it to my mom. She asked where did we get it. I confess that I made it. It was a sweet heavy dessert type wine. Everyone liked it, so I continued to make more every Christmas and became know as “the little ole winemaker.”😂
Aww.. that's so sweet. Thanks so much for sharing your story, I really enjoy reading it!
That's so wholesome
Can you make a video on how you did it?
😂😂nice👍
woww😂
I enjoyed this immensely. So calming, so aesthetic. I plan to make my own one day and will use this video as a guide!
Thank you so much for your kind words, I hope you make it one day too!
I've been making wine for my family since 2019 and have been enjoying the whole process. I never knew this would be such a wonderful experience seeing this beautiful wine-making story. Thank You
it remembered of my grandpa. I am from Portugal, and he was a huge fan of wine and vineyards. I am really touched by this video, need to make wine now. tksm.
Really simple and well prepared. Thank you so much for showing us how to make the perfect way of home made wine
So natural without any preservatives or added sugar and yeast. Well done.
Thank you so much!
Well, natural wine in general is very dangerous ! How can you leave up to nature not to get contaminated.
It's a crapshoot
Wine grapes dont need any added sugar. Only fruit or berry wines need added sugar.
I just made some coffee wine, ginger beer, vegan kimchi, pineapple and apple vinegar from scraps. I love fermenting
That sounds so good. Me too, I love fermented food. I eat it every day, it keeps my gut healthy.
Hola cómo haces el vino de café
can you plz share vinegar recipe??
Make a grape press with 3 buckets, it's really easy and you can use your whole weight to press the grape (or flat stones).
One bucket to receive the juice, one bucket to act as a strainer (drill holes) and one bucket to press on the grape (can be filled with stones or water for increased weight).
It was very simple and easy, and I got most of the juice out of the grapes.
Loved the video, very relaxing to watch !
What a wonderful winemaking video. Thank you. With the beautiful music in the background and your comments about how peaceful and joyful the fermentation process is, it felt more like a meditation video than a wine making one. Peace and joy my friend.
This was so beautifully filmed & the content was perfect. You will inspire many, as you have inspired me. Thank you x
Thank you about sharing the beautiful technic of making traditional wine. I never know this before.
Enjoyed the whole graceful process. Loved every little subtitles and explanations to fill the gap.
I must say you gave it all the attention required, thats what make your video really great, what makes wine so special is it's ability to make you travel through time, every wine has its own story to tell, the year the weather the condition and the process of how it was made
Aww, thank you so much for your kind words. I really enjoy reading them!
The process of making wine is definitely fascinating and beautiful, I really enjoy it!
If
وهل المسيح ابن مريم. او النبي موسى وهارون كانو يصنعونه او يبيعونه. او يشربونه. لماذا انتم كفرة بنا كعمرانيين
سااعذب كل واحد يصنع ويشرب الخمر
If you want wine just for aesthetic reasons I agree this video is fine to watch. But.
To make a real wine and good quality, drinkable one go find another tutorial as this one has too many mistakes during the process.
The person here claims doesn't drink it, so ...
Beautiful! We have 8 Tempranillo vines on year 2 this year, so next year we do this process! Thank you for sharing!
So proud of you. The best and most educated and informing RUclips video I have watched this year. Thanks a million. I'll follow your footsteps to make mine.
I'm growing my own grapes, taking a wine making class this next month, and I hope to take it all the way from start to finish next year. From Vine to Wine.
Thanks ! I’m in Sonoma Ca and and going to be able to “ second pick” a wonderful vineyard this year. Going to make some!

Thank you so much for your kind comment!
Фантастика!!! На это можно сиотреть бесконечно. Благодаря вашему видео я решил сделать своё вино и уксус
What an amazing video!! Thank you for taking the time and effort to make it!!
For the small quantities you produce, you can replace the press with a potato masher. You used very high quality grapes and I have the impression that you did not need sodium bisulphite but know that, depending on many factors (temperature, quality of the grapes, less cleanliness) bisulphite is also used in the initial phases after the first pressing. Sometimes it is better to use bisulfite immediately and add selected yeasts
Thank you! such a pleasing watch.
Thank you so much for watching it!
It looks beautiful and tasty!
I also want to try making some wine! thank you for this video!!
I hope you will next grape season, it's really enjoyable. Thanks so much for watching my video!
Thank you for your knowledge some days I will try to make
So nice of you
Wow, i love the way it is done... As an wine lover and someone learning the art. I can see your passion into this work... I dream of creating my own wine collection here @ home in the caribbean and hopefully will master this art.
Nice, the old-fashioned way. However, it would have been good to know more details about the taste outcome of the wine made in this process, how dry or sweet it was, and the alcohol level too.
Amazing & Wonderful! Yes, I often listen to country music when it's convenient & of course every 3 months or so I do enjoy a glass of red wine with my meals. Currently not quite possible now but I hope to buy a bottle when I go into town. I hope I may try my hand at making some red wine. Thank you for sharing this video. Greetings from Kambaramba villages, Sepik River, Papua New Guinea.
Thank you so much!
After downloading and watch this video repeatedly. I came back to subscribe to the channel and also like the video for such a beautiful content. Thank you so much, hope u bring more 💗

Wow ,just perfect
Hi I'm trying to make wine for the first time and your video inspired me to try it out without adding any ingredients. Only difference, I didn't wash the grapes. So far it's looking good, as far as can tell.
So peacful. I like it so much 🥺 u r just perfect in making contants
Thank you so much for your kind words!
Thank you to share, so simple that make me to try too.
You’re welcome !
Beautifully made
Very interesting video! Thank you! ❤
No real winemaker will ever wash the berries. There is yeast on the skin of the grapes, which is necessary for fermentation.
And also they will squeeze the grapes with their unwashed bare feet.
😂 becaz there is yeast on the skin of the feet
I liked watching your video. Very impressive order and cleanliness!)
Thank you so much for your kind words!
Thank you, great video
thank you, good video of wine making.
Thabk you so so much...i love it❤
This is amazing madam... I enjoyed the process . ❤❤❤❤
Oh my, your own wine! Impressive 💞
For a person who doesn't drink alcohol, I had know idea that I would love making wine this much either :) Thank you!
Amo vinho ,parabéns até as etiquetas ficou show 👍🇧🇷🇧🇷
I really enjoyed watching the whole process of making red wine. With the delicacy you make your wine, it shows that your wine would be of good taste and great quality. Try making wine with cherry🍒 next time. Waiting until next video.
Wow it's amazing dear sister 💕🥰
This is great vid, thanks i'll make mine soon.
Thank you so much. I'm so glad you'll make it, the process is very simple and enjoyable!
Wow! What an amazing video👍
لقد أستمتعت كثيراً برؤية طريقتك في صناعة النبيذ كان كل شي رائع وجميل الطريقة والتصوير والموسيقى وطريقة شرحك للطريقة 💐
Great relaxing music and video with top notch cinematography👍
Thank you so much for watching my video, im so glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you for creating such an amazing video and so artistic.
I decided to create wine from your recipe. And I am on Day 4. I have a question about the place and light. In the process of the video, your wine is in the kitchen and bright. Is it OK or must be in a dark place?
Exquisite and high quality winemaking. You are really creative. Greetings from Saudi Arabia
Thank you very much!
I loved everything about this video 💙🍷... Loved the words in the screen as opposed to someone actually talking... sometimes, people talking through videos can be so boring that I just skip to someone else's video... but this one was a perfect... thank you 🍷🍷🥂🥂.. and do you have a video making white wine, or Rose' wine?... I think they'd be amazing just like this one...💙💙🍷🍷🥂🥂🤗🤗
Thank you for sharing your story
You are so welcome, thanks so much for watching!
Good day.
Could you advise me on the following? If grapes are soaked, does it wash away the yeasts that facilitate fermentation?
Great presentation. Where do you order your labels?
I've got grapes that are at a near juicy state in my fridge. I think I'll try it
I enjoyed watching from Nairobi Kenya
Aujourd'hui, j'ai appris quelque chose. Merci à vous.
Maravilloso. Gracias!
Thank you so much!
Love this video and yessss the process of fermenting itself is so satisfying. I often end up with more than I can drink alone 😅
I’m so glad you enjoy the fermenting process too. I just made my second batch earlier this month and still really enjoyed watching the bubbles!
Hi. Tell me, please, after you poured and put the water seal, did the fermentation continue, did the air come out?
