This is a pretty good monitor; just recently got one. I didn't want to pay too much since I'm already investing so much into my new PC, but for the price, it really has everything you need without entering that high-end luxury market. The 4k is crisp and the colors are really sharp, at least compared to my previous, cheaper Acer 4k monitor which seemed a bit washed out. It's 144hz which I would definitely recommend if you're gaming. 1440p/120hz is still fine, especially if your PC can't run 4K well anyway, but 1080p is pretty out of date by now and it really is nice to get really high fps, smooth gameplay along with ultra high resolution. I've only been playing Elden Ring on it so far but it definitely looks great, especially in the areas that pay particular attention to lighting. Build quality is above average, tho not ultra-high end. The HDR isn't visibly over-saturated when you turn it on the way it would be in most cheaper monitors, but it's no OLED monitor and therefore not 'true HDR'. Either way, works perfectly well for what it is tho I may eventually invest in an Alienware curved 32'' 4K 144hz OLED monitor for $1500, but at the moment I don't feel justified spending that much.
@@petefarrell2783 really good. No issues so far with it working. But the only drawback I see is you need a laptop with a DP slot to update the monitor software. It's not a deal breaker but wish there was an easier way

Hi all. Bought this monitor using on xbox series x unfortunately I have one issue it looks like a lot of film grain on some games specifically on COD guns details not looking nice and I don't understand what doing that maybe someone has similar issues? Thanks
Hey man hope im not too late. Make sure you have the image inhancement off, sharpness very minimal and the response time set to normal on the osd menu. Also, it could be due to the image settings on your osd. For example, the racing preset looks grainy. Hope this helps coming from a mag274upf user❤❤😊.
@@srikashyap6409 I'm looking to get this. I have work laptop and probably would never do gaming. Is this worth it ? My other options are as follows. MSI MAG274UPF E2. Benq PD2705U. LG 27UP850N-W. Does it have built in speakers? I connect my monitor to my laptop through HDMI 2.1.
