Best of luck to everyone , quick tip try custom matches with bots and headshot only to test your settings, also choose a long distance map like aniyah palace and camp the streets so that you can gain the maximum engagement distance this shout also help you zero in and be able to effectively test each aim curve setting anaglog sense and ads high and low. Kenkyo if you only have warzone then theirs still a way , it may take longer but go into a plunder whatever your setting currently are take a picture , becuase you know that what your running now is working. Then I would recommend if your below an 8,8 sensitivity to change it to 8,8 or 10,10 from there that is a great starting point to be able to snap around on your enemies quickly and accurately without being shot in the back , it will give you a fighting chance that you’ve been looking for . Next start with a .63 on low ads wether it’s 88 or 10 10 on 10 10 this will average your sensitivity down sights to a 6.3 analog sensitivity or if your running on 8 about a 5.6 somewhere around there . The golden rule here is to find the accuracy down sights that allows you to hit targets long range but when in close quarters still be able to effectively chase your enemy if he’s running circles around you 2ft to 30 ft away find that sweet spot and you can more precisely adjust your ads from there on high zoom you will be slower so unless you run crazy high sense on low ads zoom your high zoom should always be 5 points to 10 or more points above your low ads zoom so an example .63 low zoom your high zoom should be anywhere from .70-.80 depending on personal preference, another great way to test your ability being accurate and quick is to start trying to get those parachute kills. Would I mean by that is don’t be afraid to engage your targets while airborne , this will also show you how much input you need to use on your analog when having to be fast and accurate becuase you only have 5-6 second free fall periods when your gun is out in the air . If your noticing that when your shooting in the sky that it is too slow on maybe side to side or up and down do not worry and DO NOT CHANGE YOUR ADS ZOOMS their is a simple test method that I’ve discovered on my own that not only helps combat recoil but still allows you to stay comfortable with your current settings . So a final example let’s say your running 10 10 .63 low .73 high and your running around military base area your out in the field on the runway and near the hangers you see a guy parachuting in above you so you ready yourself for the kill .. your able to quickly and accurate find your target using your HORIZONTAL SENSITIVITY, but now let’s say your on target and your nailing your shots but just when you have him he cuts the parachute and starts to free fall at a quicker speed , your still aiming down sight and you try to chase him to the ground before he can pull his Shute again but you end up just not being quick and able enough to keep up with him ( your aims lagging above him because he’s too much faster then your ads ) then fear not . Remember your setting are at 10 10 .63 .73 simple Turn Up your VERTICAL SENSITIVITY 1 click so now your at 10,11 .63 .73 you know your comfortable with horizontal sensitivity so your sense will remain the same on horizontal averaging a 6.3 ads low zoom but now your vertical will be at about a 7.2 ,6.9 making it now alittle faster then your were before giving you the slight boost in ads speed to now hit that guy falling to the ground at about 130-200 mph .And now vice versa let’s say your ads is TOO HIGH on vertical sometimes it also helps recoil and stability and aim control if you down tune your setting by 1-2 clicks so for example 10-9 . There are no right or wrong settings here guys only personal preference and what’s comfortable for you. I have altered my setting a lot from 14,8 to 11,9 to 9,13 to 10,12 to many other combinations so it’s really up to you but do spend more then just one match testing your settings to make sure 100% that you’ve found the one . Very great explanation becuase I’m currently running linear and I’m finding that linear also helps me at least control recoil at longer ranges becuase it makes softer inputs on the analog react instantly whereas dynamic would kick in halfway when I’m steady shooting and then throw me off target
Pro tip, linear is the best for far shots sniping and close range if your thumb is precise on the analog and also you’ll get less hitmarkers because your shots are gonna land exactly on where u aim. Careful though it’s too sensitive and requires alot of practice to master
Dynamic will go fast at the beginning when you are moving the stick around the center area of the joy stick, anything farther slows down and then goes up at the very end, but not above the max of linear. You can mimic that movement on linear by moving the stick quickly farther away than the center an then holding or slowing down the stick around the midle progressively. Idk haha to much text, but maybe if linear is mastered you can make any speed movement that dynamic can, while dynamic cant perform any movement linear can. Also for claw style. Linear would make you more accurate in my opinion
Thanks for this I didn’t know why I couldn’t control recoil and stuff that great especially coming from fortnite and being used to linear so now I know

I find if you played COD4 stick to standard, if you are good at Fortnite play linear. I have a nacon revolution pro so I have a custom curve but play on standard it's very comfortable for me as an older cod player
Linear feels easier to make the small adjustments to me, especially against people who have good movement and hop and slide around, but dynamic felt decent for this too when I tried it, but for some reason on dynamic I was messing up on some long distance shots and tracking at times, with linear I do much better. I could probably make it work if I stayed on dynamic though, I like it. On standard sometimes aim assist would kick in before I got to the player and have me shooting a little behind or aiming a little worse when I tried to compensate for it.. I play on 10-10 sensitivity and claw, I used to play a higher sensitivity but for far ranges and how easy it is to lose aim assist in warzone it made sense to turn it down.. I think the sensitivity and type of aim assist you choose makes changes to what curve is best for you. I do know that Dynamic with standard aim assist around 6-6 or 7-7 sens is very sticky, just seems to get really good aim assist, probably why you see alot of streamers and pros run it.. but whatever you get used to will feel good eventually if you stick with it..
Thank you a lot. I am running 20 sens on controller and 2.00 on low zoom for flicks and all and even with that i wanted more but with linear its perfect! Tank you man
What I realized is dynamic is really good at tracking and tiny adjustment but worse at recoil while standard have best tiny adjustment but decent tracking and decent recoil control and linear have best recoil control and pretty good tracking but worse in tiny adjustment

Thanks for explaining this! If they gave a way to change the sensitivity and deadzone of the left and right joystick seperately, would linear be a better option. I know a lot of fortnite players are used to linear since that is the default option and complain when transfering to COD.
Very helpful and informative as all your videos are! I have question though. So, previous cod titles, such as black ops 4, had linear As their default response curve? 🤔

I have low zoom at 0.45 and high zoom at 0.60 if any help to you. The low zoom one can catch you out if using a 3x optic at close range, but typically engaging at 30m or more. Also, both me and mate have changed from linear to dynamic following watching this vid earlier. Honestly, not noticed much difference 🤷🏼♂️
Been playing on standard this whole time. I completely sucked balls, haven't won one solo game! I flip it over to Dynamic, two games in, I get my first win and my first 30 kill game on PS4. BIG difference if you can actually aim!!!!
I’ve been running linear since the beginning of warzone and I’ve always had trouble being slightly to the left or right of my targets I’m going to try the dynamic next time I’m on, if this answers my problems then thanks in advance I’ve always been a solid cod player but have struggled on warzone just thought my age was turning me into a noob.
Hey,so I am pretty good at aiming and i like to use iron sights the most and my second favorite to use is the vlk 3.0 optic. So which aim type would you recommend? [Appreciate your tips (thanks for those 😊)]
I would use precision aim assist and dynamic aim type curve. Really we should all be using dynamic. You just have to get used too it if you've never used it 😄
@@NIPPY.415 i think its just for players with really good aim and might tone down aim assist put make it easier to aim precisely like at long range it your new or even just have average aim i would just use standard aim assist

What’s the best one for warzone?
Dynamic
whats the intro song called?
shiii I cant remember man, dont use an intro anymore
@@Bandofbros_ rip alright thanks bro
“Hypothetttttttttticallllly” lol
Lol
@@Bandofbros_ I wasn’t making fun it just cracked me up is all
Been playing on standard this whole time. I completely sucked balls, haven't won one solo game! I flip it over to Dynamic, two games in, I get my first win and my first 30 kill game on PS4. BIG difference if you can actually aim!!!!
Niceeee, yeah man standard messes you up sometimes
K cloakzy 30 bomb huh you cappin
Great job this is a great video! You must be a sweat in Warzone!
hahahahaha nah im not
Is standard the way it’s been since the older cods like MW2?
Yeah I believe so
I’ve been running linear since the beginning of warzone and I’ve always had trouble being slightly to the left or right of my targets I’m going to try the dynamic next time I’m on, if this answers my problems then thanks in advance I’ve always been a solid cod player but have struggled on warzone just thought my age was turning me into a noob.
Yeah man give it a shot :)
Wait does response curve only affect ADS ?
No it's both
Hey,so I am pretty good at aiming and i like to use iron sights the most and my second favorite to use is the vlk 3.0 optic. So which aim type would you recommend? [Appreciate your tips (thanks for those 😊)]
I would use precision aim assist and dynamic aim type curve. Really we should all be using dynamic. You just have to get used too it if you've never used it 😄
@@Bandofbros_
Why precision aim? Just started playing, trying to figure out the best aim assist and curve and what not
@@NIPPY.415 i think its just for players with really good aim and might tone down aim assist put make it easier to aim precisely like at long range it your new or even just have average aim i would just use standard aim assist
Thank you
thanks for stopping by
