I bought the same sump pump, zoeller 1052-0005 from lowes. I am just a little concerned about the reliability. It is not M53 model and not made in USA. What do you think?
Great video! Couldn't help notice you're using CPVC cement for pvc pipe? also if the stand pipe was shortned a tad you could put a 2 inch ball valve to isolate sewage feed back in the event the check would need replacing. Altogether a very informative video, thanks for sharing!
Son you have golden hands 👍
thank you. i replaced the sump pump in the basement by myself. 😊😊😊 so proud of myself and i am a woman. 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Wonderful! Keep it up
Might change mine later. Very informative

It's hard to predict what can happen but mine is working, it has smooth, quiet performance. If you want to have more confidence add a backup pump.
Cool!

Thanks for the tip! Since CPVC has a more durable structure, it can hold PVC pipe together as well. But you can't use PVC cement on CPVC pipes.
Hi!
